The problem

Products published with no free stock

Before publishing a product, someone checks Akeneo and then logs in to Sage Intacct to see whether the item is active and stocked. The second look often gets skipped, and a product goes live with no free stock.

Without PopdockAI

  • Check the product in Akeneo
  • Log in to Sage Intacct
  • Look up stock in each warehouse
  • Skip the check when busy

With PopdockAI

  • Product read from Akeneo, stopping on no single match
  • Intacct item and warehouse stock read
  • Verdict with the numbers behind it
  • No warehouse rows reported as no recorded stock, not zero

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Akeneo product {sku}, show whether it is ready to sell by checking its Sage Intacct item and warehouse stock, for the Intacct company {company}.

**Step 1: Read the product (akeneo)**

Call `akeneo-get-product` with identifier set to {sku}. Keep product-name, family, brand, enabled and categories. If nothing matches, say so and stop. If more than one matches, list them and stop.

**Step 2: Read the ERP item (intacct)**

Call `intacct-get-item` with item-id set to the product identifier (and company when given). Keep item-name, item-type, status, on-hand, on-order, uncommitted, base-price and date-last-sold. If there is no item, report the product as having no ERP item and stop.

**Step 3: Read stock by warehouse (intacct)**

Call `intacct-get-item-warehouse` with item-id set to the item-id. Keep warehouse-id, on-hand, reserved, allocated, uncommitted and on-order for each warehouse.

**Step 4: Report**

One header line with the product, whether it is enabled in Akeneo and the item status in Intacct. Then a warehouse table. End with a verdict: ready, enabled but no free stock, or disabled but stocked, with the numbers that support it.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting akeneo- are on the akeneo server (the product catalog, PIM). Tools starting intacct- are on the intacct server (Sage Intacct, the ERP). Both servers must be connected.
* The join key is the Akeneo product identifier (the SKU) and the Intacct item-id. Compare them exactly first, then trimmed and case-insensitive; report a record that only matches the loose way as a format mismatch, not a match.
* Intacct tools take an optional company; pass {company} when it is given and say which company the answer is for.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `akeneo-add-product`, `akeneo-update-product`, `akeneo-delete-product`, `akeneo-submit-proposal-product`, or any other akeneo-add-, akeneo-update- or akeneo-delete- tool, and do not call `intacct-create-vendor`, `intacct-update-vendor`, `intacct-create-customer`, `intacct-update-customer`, `intacct-create-order-entry-document`, `intacct-update-order-entry-document`, or any other intacct-create- or intacct-update- tool.

**Validation:**

* If the item has no warehouse rows, say it has no recorded stock rather than zero.
* If the product is disabled and the item is inactive, report them as consistent.
