The problem
Walking into a call without knowing which issues were raised
Account managers often join a customer call without knowing which cases are still open, or whether those problems were already discussed with someone else. Checking means reading the case list, then searching call notes and emails for each issue.
Without PopdockAI
- Read the open case list
- Search call recordings for each issue
- Search emails for case numbers
- Miss an issue raised on a call with no case
With PopdockAI
- Open cases are listed with priority, age and resolve by date
- Chorus calls and emails are searched for each case
- Each case is marked discussed on a date or not
- Issues with no case are listed, and nothing is written

**Objective:** For the customer `{account-name}`, list the open Dynamics 365 Sales cases and show, for each, whether it came up in a Chorus conversation in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), so account managers go into their next call knowing the service picture.
**Step 1: Open cases (Dynamics 365 Sales)**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-incidents` with `customer` = `{account-name}` (retry with `customer.contains`) and `status` = active. Keep `case-number`, `case-title`, `priority`, `case-type`, `created-on`, `resolve-by` and `owner`. If there are none, say the customer has no open cases and stop.
**Step 2: Recent conversations (Chorus)**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name` = `{account-name}` (retry with `account-name.contains`) and `date.from` = today minus `{lookback-days}` days. Call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` and `sent-time.from` for the same window.
**Step 3: Match**
For each case, look in the conversations' `subject` and `meeting-summary`, and in the email names, for the case number, the product, or the key words of the case title. Record which conversations mention it.
**Step 4: Report**
* A table of open cases: case number, title, priority, age in days, resolve-by, and "discussed on <date>" or "not discussed".
* Issues raised in the conversations that match no open case, listed separately, as possible cases not yet logged.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `dynamics-365-sales-get-incidents` is on the Dynamics 365 Sales server. `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the Chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `dynamics-365-sales-create-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note` or any Chorus action tool. If the user wants an unlogged issue opened, tell them to use the `open-support-case` prompt on the Dynamics 365 Sales server.
* Quote no more than a sentence from any summary.
**Validation:**
* A word match is a lead, not proof: say which words matched.
* If Chorus holds nothing for the account, still list the cases and say no conversations were found under the name searched.Who it's for
