The problem
A late stage deal with little conversation to back it up
An opportunity can show a late stage and near close date with little conversation behind it. Checking means reading the account's Chorus calls and emails and working out which customer attendees are not even contacts yet.
Without PopdockAI
- Read the deal's stage and close date
- Search Chorus calls and emails for the account
- Compare attendees with CRM contacts
- Trust a stage the conversations do not support
With PopdockAI
- Stage, probability, revenue and close date are read with contacts
- Chorus calls, attendees and emails for the account are gathered
- Missing contacts, gaps and contradicting signals are listed
- A supported, at risk or no evidence verdict, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Review the opportunity `{opportunity-topic}` in Dynamics 365 Sales against what Chorus recorded for its account in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 60), and report whether the conversations support the stage and close date in the CRM.
**Step 1: Find the opportunity (Dynamics 365 Sales)**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `topic` = `{opportunity-topic}`. If nothing matches, retry with `topic.contains`. If more than one opportunity matches, list them (topic, potential customer, owner, est. close date) and stop. Keep `potential-customer`, `owner`, `sales-stage`, `probability`, `est-revenue`, `est-close-date` and `parent-contact`.
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `parent-customer` = the potential customer, to know which people the CRM holds for the account.
**Step 2: Find the conversations (Chorus)**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name` = the opportunity's `potential-customer` and `date.from` = today minus `{lookback-days}` days. If nothing comes back, retry with `account-name.contains` using the most distinctive word of the customer name (drop suffixes such as Inc, Ltd, LLC). Keep the conversations whose `opportunity-name` matches the opportunity topic; if none carry an opportunity name, keep all the account's conversations and say so.
For each kept conversation, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with `conversation-id` to see who attended. Then call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` and `sent-time.from` for the same window.
**Step 3: Report**
* The opportunity: stage, probability, est. revenue, est. close date, owner.
* Conversation timeline: date, type, subject, duration, and one line from `meeting-summary`, newest first.
* Stakeholders: participants from the customer side, marked as in the CRM (email matches a contact from Step 1) or not in the CRM.
* Gaps: days since the last conversation, whether the parent contact has attended any call, and any signal in the summaries (pricing, timing, competitor, blocker) that contradicts the CRM stage or close date.
* A one-line verdict: supported, at risk, or no evidence.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` and `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` are on the Dynamics 365 Sales server. `chorus-get-engagements`, `chorus-get-conversation-participants` and `chorus-get-emails` are on the Chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `chorus-add-moment` or `chorus-create-playlist`.
* Quote meeting summaries briefly; do not reproduce email bodies.
**Validation:**
* If Chorus holds nothing for the account, report the opportunity as having no recorded conversations in the window, and name the account name you searched with, so the user can check whether Chorus spells it differently.
* Account names often differ between the systems ("Contoso Ltd" vs "Contoso"). Treat a match on the distinctive part of the name as a match and say you did so.Who it's for
