The problem
Cart reminders going to blocked and overdue accounts
Abandoned cart emails go to every shopper by default, including accounts that are blocked, overdue or over their credit limit in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Checking each cart against the account by hand is too slow, so teams chase every cart or none.
Without PopdockAI
- Export open carts from Mailchimp
- Look up each shopper in Business Central by email
- Check blocked status, overdue balance and credit limit
- Send discounts to accounts that should go to sales
With PopdockAI
- Open carts are listed with each shopper matched by email
- Every cart is labelled by account standing
- Credit checks are skipped when currencies differ
- Nothing is sent or changed

**Objective:** Review open (abandoned) e-commerce carts created in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7) with a total of at least `{min-cart-total}` (default 0), and show the Business Central account standing of each shopper. Use the Business Central company `{company}`; if it is empty, omit the `company` filter.
**Step 1: Open carts**
Call `mailchimp-get-cart` with `created-at-date.from` set to today minus the lookback and, if a minimum was given, `order-total.min` set to it. Keep customer-email, customer-first-name, customer-last-name, order-total, currency-code, created-at-date and checkout-url.
**Step 2: Account standing in Business Central**
For each customer-email, call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to it. Keep customer-number, name, blocked, balance, balance-due, credit-limit, outstanding-orders and salesperson-code.
**Step 3: Classify each cart**
* New shopper: no Business Central customer with that email.
* Blocked: the customer's blocked value is anything other than blank or none.
* Overdue: balance-due greater than 0.
* Over credit limit: credit-limit greater than 0 and balance plus the cart total exceeds it.
* Good standing: none of the above.
A cart can carry more than one of Blocked, Overdue and Over credit limit; show all that apply.
**Step 4: Report**
One table sorted by order-total, highest first: email, name, cart total and currency, created-at-date, classification, customer-number, balance-due, credit-limit, salesperson-code. Then counts per classification. Recommend chasing only Good standing and New shopper carts, and routing the others to the salesperson.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-cart` is on the mailchimp server; `business-central-get-customer` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-add-list-member` or `business-central-create-sales-order`.
* Show checkout-url only for carts in Good standing or New shopper.
**Validation:**
* If no carts match, say so and stop.
* If a cart has no customer-email, list it as unidentifiable and do not look it up.
* If the cart currency differs from the customer's Business Central currency, do not run the credit-limit test for that cart; say why.Who it's for
