The problem
Store customers and finance records drifting apart
Store customers synced into Mailchimp should match Dynamics 365 Business Central, but they drift: buyers never set up, shared emails, cities and phones that disagree. Spotting it by hand means comparing exports through endless formatting differences.
Without PopdockAI
- Export store customers and Business Central customers
- Match on email in a spreadsheet
- Compare cities, countries and phones by eye
- Flag formatting noise as real differences
With PopdockAI
- Store customers are matched to Business Central by email
- Each is classed matched, missing or ambiguous
- City, country and phone are compared ignoring formatting
- Missing customers sorted by spend, and nothing is edited
The prompt

**Objective:** Reconcile the e-commerce customers synced to Mailchimp against Business Central customers, matched by email, for customers created since `{created-since}` (if empty, use the last 90 days). Use the Business Central company `{company}`; if it is empty, omit the `company` filter.
**Step 1: Mailchimp store customers**
Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `created-at-date.from` set to the start date. Keep email, first-name, last-name, company, city, country, phone, orders-count and total-spent for each. Skip any row with an empty email and count how many you skipped.
**Step 2: Find each one in Business Central**
For each email, call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to it. Record the customer-number, name, city, country-code, phone-number and blocked flag of the match.
**Step 3: Compare**
Classify each Mailchimp customer as one of:
* Matched: exactly one Business Central customer with that email.
* Missing from Business Central: no customer with that email.
* Ambiguous: more than one Business Central customer with that email.
For matched rows, flag differences in city, country and phone. Compare country names to Business Central country-code by meaning (United States = US) and phones on digits only, so formatting alone is never a difference. Flag any matched customer who is blocked in Business Central.
**Step 4: Report**
A count per class, then a table for Missing (email, name, orders-count, total-spent), a table for Ambiguous (email and every customer-number it matched), and a table of matched rows that differ (email, customer-number, field, Mailchimp value, Business Central value). Sort Missing by total-spent, highest first.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the mailchimp server; `business-central-get-customer` is on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-customer`, `business-central-update-customer`, `mailchimp-add-customer` or `mailchimp-update-customer`.
**Validation:**
* Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces.
* If Mailchimp returns no customers in the window, say so and stop.
* If there are more than 200 Mailchimp customers, reconcile the 200 most recent and say how many were left out.Who it's for
