Find overdue Sage Intacct customers your reminders will not reach

**Objective:** For every Intacct customer with invoices more than `{days-overdue}` days past due (default 30), check whether their email addresses are subscribed, unsubscribed, cleaned or bouncing in Mailchimp, so collections knows which email reminders will not land. Check every audience unless `{audience}` names one.

**Step 1: Find overdue invoices in Intacct**

Call `intacct-get-invoice` with `total-due.min` = 0.01 and `due-date.to` = today minus the days overdue. Group the results by `customer-id` and add up `total-due` per customer. If nothing comes back, report that there are no invoices that far overdue and stop.

**Step 2: Collect each customer's email addresses**

For each customer, call `intacct-get-customer` filtered by `customer-id` and take `customer-name` and `email`. Then call `intacct-get-contact` filtered by `company-name` = the customer-name and add each contact's `email`. Remove duplicates. A customer with no email address goes in the report as "no email on file" and is not looked up in Mailchimp.

**Step 3: Check each address in Mailchimp**

For each address:

1. Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` filtered by `email` (and `list-name` = `{audience}` if given). Record each audience's `status` and `unsubscribe-reason`.
2. Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` filtered by `email-address` and `action` = bounce, over the last 180 days. Record the latest `activity-date` and `bounce-type`.

Classify each address:

* **Reachable**: subscribed or transactional in at least one audience, and no hard bounce.
* **Opted out**: unsubscribed in every audience it appears in.
* **Bad address**: cleaned in any audience, or a hard bounce on record.
* **Unknown**: not in Mailchimp.

A customer is reachable by email if at least one of its addresses is Reachable.

**Step 4: Report**

A table sorted by overdue total, largest first: customer-name, customer-id, overdue total, oldest due date, each email with its classification, and a final column "Reachable by email" (yes / no). Below the table, list the customers that need a phone call or a new address, with the reason.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `intacct-get-invoice`, `intacct-get-customer` and `intacct-get-contact` are on the intacct server. `mailchimp-get-list-member` and `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` are on the mailchimp server.
* Match email addresses case-insensitively and after trimming spaces. If an Intacct email field holds several addresses separated by commas or semicolons, treat each one as a separate address.
* Intacct `intacct-get-customer` has no email filter. To go from an email to an Intacct customer, call `intacct-get-contact` filtered by `email`, take its `company-name`, then call `intacct-get-customer` filtered by `customer-name` with that value.
* Mailchimp marketing status is not the same as permission to send an invoice reminder. Report it as evidence of whether mail will land, not as a legal opinion.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member` or `intacct-update-customer`, or any other create, update or add tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* If there are more than 50 overdue customers, check the 50 with the largest overdue totals and say how many were left out.
* If a Mailchimp call fails because the mailchimp server is not connected, report the overdue list from Intacct and mark every address Unknown.
