The problem
Paying store buyers missing from your ledger
Store buyers show up in Mailchimp long before anyone sets them up in Sage Intacct, and some never are. Matching by email and company name by hand is slow, and a loose company match creates false links.
Without PopdockAI
- Export store customers by order count
- Search Sage Intacct contacts by email
- Try company names for the rest
- Compare store spend with invoices by hand
With PopdockAI
- Store customers are looked up by contact email, then company
- A company name alone never counts as a match
- Store spend is set beside invoiced totals
- Buyers never invoiced are flagged, and it only reads

**Objective:** Match Mailchimp e-commerce store customers with at least `{min-orders}` orders (default 1) to Intacct customers, and report which store buyers have no Intacct customer and how their spend compares.
**Step 1: List store customers in Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `orders-count.min` = the minimum orders. Record `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `store-id`, `orders-count`, `total-spent` and `city`. If nothing comes back, say no store customers met the threshold and stop.
**Step 2: Find each one in Intacct**
For each store customer, try in this order and stop at the first hit:
1. Call `intacct-get-contact` filtered by `email`. If found, take its `company-name` and call `intacct-get-customer` filtered by `customer-name` with it.
2. If the store customer has a `company`, call `intacct-get-customer` filtered by `customer-name.contains` with it. Accept the match only if exactly one customer comes back and its `email` or city agrees; otherwise treat it as a possible match.
Classify each store customer as **Matched** (with the Intacct customer-id), **Possible match** (list the candidates) or **Not in Intacct**.
**Step 3: Compare spend for matched customers**
For each matched customer, call `intacct-get-invoice` filtered by `customer-id` and add up `total-amount`. Put it next to the Mailchimp `total-spent`. They will not be equal (Mailchimp covers store orders only, Intacct covers all billing); flag only cases where Mailchimp shows store spend and Intacct shows no invoices at all.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Counts: store customers checked, matched, possible, not in Intacct.
2. A table of "Not in Intacct", sorted by total-spent, largest first: email, name, company, store-id, orders, total spent.
3. A table of possible matches with their candidates.
4. A table of matched customers with store spend and invoiced total, flagged where Intacct has no invoices.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-customer` is on the mailchimp server. `intacct-get-contact`, `intacct-get-customer` and `intacct-get-invoice` are on the intacct server.
* Match emails case-insensitively and after trimming spaces. A company name match alone is never enough for **Matched**.
* The Mailchimp `customer-id` is the store's own customer id. It is not an Intacct customer-id; never compare the two.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `intacct-create-customer`, `intacct-update-customer`, `intacct-create-contact`, `mailchimp-add-customer` or `mailchimp-update-customer`, or any other create or update tool on either server. Point the user to the add-store-customer-to-intacct prompt if they want to create one.
**Validation:**
* If there are more than 50 store customers, check the 50 with the highest total-spent and say how many were left out.Who it's for
