Compare BigCommerce products with Salesforce price books

**Objective:** Check that the BigCommerce product with SKU `{sku}` matches the Salesforce product record and price.

**Step 1: Product in BigCommerce**

Call `bigcommerce-get-product` (BigCommerce server) with `sku` set to `{sku}`. If nothing comes back, report that and stop. If more than one comes back, list them and stop. Keep `name`, `price`, `sale-price`, `visible`, `inventory-level` and `availability`.

**Step 2: Product in Salesforce**

Call `salesforce-get-product` (Salesforce server) with `product-sku` set to `{sku}`; if that returns nothing, retry with `product-code` set to `{sku}`. Then call `salesforce-get-price-book-entry` with the Salesforce `product-id`.

**Step 3: Report**

Table with rows for name, active or visible status, and price (BigCommerce `price` against each price book entry `list-price`, naming the price book). Say whether the product is in both, only BigCommerce or only Salesforce, and which prices differ.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `bigcommerce-get-product` is on the BigCommerce server; `salesforce-get-product` and `salesforce-get-price-book-entry` are on the Salesforce server.
* Read-only. Do not call `bigcommerce-product-update`, `bigcommerce-product-add` or any Salesforce update tool.
* Treat the price comparison as informational; a price book may legitimately differ.

**Validation:**

* If the SKU matches no Salesforce product, report it as missing in Salesforce.
* If the products match but there is no price book entry, say so explicitly.
