The problem

Weeks where calls crowd out focused work go unseen

Call load lives in Chorus and deep work time lives in TickTick, so a rep buried in calls can look fine in both tools on their own. Nobody sees the weeks where meetings crowded out focused work.

Without PopdockAI

  • Total call hours per week from Chorus
  • Total focus hours from TickTick
  • Line the weeks up in a spreadsheet
  • Spot the pattern too late to help

With PopdockAI

  • Chorus conversations and call hours are totalled per week
  • TickTick focus hours and completed tasks are totalled
  • A weekly table comes with plain observations
  • The same person assumption is stated and nothing changes

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Chorus user with email `{user-email}`, compare time on recorded conversations with TickTick focus time and completed tasks between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}`. Read only.

**Step 1: Calls (Chorus server)**

Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `user-email`, `date.from` and `date.to`. Sum `duration` and count conversations per week.

**Step 2: Focus and completed work (TickTick server)**

Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with `start-time.from` and `start-time.to`; sum `duration-seconds` per week. Call `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` with `completed-time.from` and `completed-time.to`; count per week.

**Step 3: Report**

A weekly table: calls, call hours, focus hours, tasks completed. Then two or three plain observations (for example weeks with heavy calls and little focus time). Note that the TickTick account is the one connected to that server and may not belong to the same person; state this assumption.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `chorus-get-engagements` is Chorus; `ticktick-get-focuses` and `ticktick-get-completed-tasks` are TickTick.
* Do not call any write tool on either server, including `ticktick-add-focus-session` and `ticktick-delete-focus-session`.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing, report that side as empty rather than as zero activity.
* If duration units are unclear, state the unit you assumed.
