Add the buyers from your Chorus calls to HubSpot
For sales reps who want every customer attendee on recent Chorus calls added as a HubSpot contact, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
New stakeholders join calls but never reach HubSpot
Buyers join calls that sales never records as contacts. Finding them means opening each recent Chorus conversation, copying out the customer attendees and searching HubSpot for every email, so new stakeholders slip through.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each recent Chorus call for the account
- Copy out customer attendees with an email
- Search HubSpot for every one
- Add the missing ones by hand, if you remember
With PopdockAI
- Recent calls are read and customer attendees collected
- Each email is checked in HubSpot
- Missing people are listed with title and call count
- Only those you pick are created and read back

**Objective:** For the account {account-name}, find the people who attended Chorus conversations in the last {lookback-days} days (default 30) but are not contacts in HubSpot, and create the ones I choose.
**Step 1: List the conversations in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with account-name = {account-name} and date.from = today minus the lookback days. If nothing comes back, retry with account-name.contains. If more than 20 come back, use the 20 most recent. If none come back, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Collect the customer-side attendees**
For each conversation, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with conversation-id. Keep participants who are not internal Chorus users (their user-id is empty, or their type marks them as external) and who have an email. Remove duplicates by email, keeping name, title and company-name, and count how many conversations each attended.
**Step 3: Check each one in HubSpot**
For each email, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with email = that email. A participant is **missing** if nothing comes back. Also call `hubspot-get-companies` with company-name = {account-name} (then company-name.contains) so the report can say which HubSpot company they belong to.
**Step 4: Report and ask**
A numbered table of the missing people: name, title, email, company-name and number of conversations attended. Then a one-line count of attendees who are already contacts. Ask which of the missing people to create, by number, or "all", or "none". Do not write until I answer.
**Step 5: Create the chosen contacts**
For each person I choose, call `hubspot-add-contact` with email, first-name and last-name (split the Chorus name at the last space), job-title = the title, and company-name = the HubSpot company-name if one was found, otherwise the Chorus company-name. Then call `hubspot-get-contacts` with that email and report the new record-id, or that the create failed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `chorus-get-engagements` and `chorus-get-conversation-participants` are on the Chorus server. `hubspot-get-contacts`, `hubspot-get-companies` and `hubspot-add-contact` are on the HubSpot server.
* The only write is `hubspot-add-contact`, once per person I chose. Do not call `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-company`, `hubspot-add-contact-note` or any other HubSpot write tool.
* Never call a Chorus write tool (`chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-update-moment`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `chorus-update-playlist-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-update-playlist`, `chorus-export-recordings`, `chorus-export-scorecards`).
* Never create a contact for someone at the user's own company (an internal Chorus user, or an email on the same domain as the reps).
**Validation:**
* If a participant has no email, list them under "Attendees without an email" and do not offer to create them.
* If `hubspot-add-contact` reports that the email already exists, treat the person as already a contact and continue with the next one.Who it's for
