The problem
Nobody knows if scored behaviors relate to winning
Sales leaders want to know whether the behaviors scored in Chorus relate to winning deals, but scorecards and outcomes sit in different systems under different names. Lining up each rep's scores against Dynamics 365 Sales wins by hand is slow.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Chorus scorecards and average them per rep
- Count wins and losses in Dynamics 365 Sales
- Match rep names across systems by hand
- Read too much into a handful of deals
With PopdockAI
- Scores are averaged per rep, overall and per question
- Won and lost opportunities and won revenue are counted
- Names are matched through email when they differ
- Correlation is described, never cause, and small samples flagged

**Objective:** For the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90), set each rep's Chorus scorecard scores beside their won and lost Dynamics 365 Sales opportunities, optionally for one rep `{rep-name}`, and point out the scorecard questions where the lowest-scoring reps also win least.
**Step 1: Scorecards (Chorus)**
Call `chorus-get-scorecards` with `submitted.from` = today minus `{lookback-days}` days, and `recipient-name` = `{rep-name}` if given. For those scorecards, call `chorus-get-scorecard-scores` with `scorecard-id` to get each question's `score`. Per rep (`recipient-name`), work out the average score overall and per `question`.
**Step 2: Outcomes (Dynamics 365 Sales)**
For each rep, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `owner` = the rep's name and `status` = won, then again with `status` = lost, filtering on `est-close-date.from` for the same window. Count each and total `actual-revenue` for the won ones. If the owner filter matches nothing, call `chorus-get-users` for the rep's email and `dynamics-365-sales-get-systemusers` with `primary-email` to find the name Dynamics 365 uses, then retry.
**Step 3: Report**
* A table per rep: scorecards received, average score, won, lost, win rate, won revenue.
* The two or three questions whose average score differs most between the higher and lower win-rate reps, with the averages.
* A short note on sample size: flag any rep with fewer than 3 scorecards or fewer than 5 closed opportunities.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `chorus-get-scorecards`, `chorus-get-scorecard-scores` and `chorus-get-users` are on the Chorus server. `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` and `dynamics-365-sales-get-systemusers` are on the Dynamics 365 Sales server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `chorus-export-scorecards`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-add-playlist-moment`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity` or any other action tool.
* Describe a correlation, never a cause, and do not rank reps by name in a way that reads as a performance judgement.
**Validation:**
* If no scorecards were submitted in the window, say so and stop.
* Names may differ between the systems; match through email as in Step 2, and list any rep you could not match rather than dropping them silently.Who it's for
