The problem
Orders stuck in processing after they were invoiced
Orders sit in processing in WooCommerce long after Dynamics GP has invoiced them, because someone has to check each one in GP and update the store. Customers wait for a completed notice, and completing too early causes its own confusion.
Without PopdockAI
- List processing orders in WooCommerce
- Search GP for a posted invoice for each
- Check totals match
- Update each order by hand
With PopdockAI
- A posted GP invoice is found for each order by customer PO
- Totals that differ and possible duplicates are set aside
- You confirm the list, warned about completed emails
- Each order is completed with a private note, and GP is never changed

**Objective:** Find WooCommerce orders in processing status created since {since-date} (default: 30 days before today), up to {max-orders} orders (default 50), that Dynamics GP has invoiced and posted, and mark them completed after the user confirms.
**Step 1: Read processing orders (woocommerce)**
Call `woocommerce-get-order` with status processing, created-date.from set to {since-date} (default 30 days before today) and max-records set to {max-orders} (default 50). Keep order-id, order-number, created-date, billing name and total.
**Step 2: Look for a posted GP invoice (dynamics-gp)**
For each order call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-sales-trx` with customer-po-number set to the order-number. An order is ready only if GP has a document with sop-type Invoice whose posting-status shows it is posted. An order with only a GP order or quote, or an unposted invoice, is not ready.
**Step 3: Preview and confirm**
Show the ready orders: order number, GP invoice SOP number, store total, GP document-amount. Move any order whose totals differ by 0.01 or more to a separate list, and do not include it unless the user says so. Say that marking an order completed usually sends the customer the store's order completed email. List the orders that are not ready, with the reason. Ask the user to confirm before writing anything.
**Step 4: Write (woocommerce)**
Only after the user confirms, for each ready order call `woocommerce-update-order` with order-id and status completed. If that succeeds, call `woocommerce-add-order-note` with order-id, note set to Invoiced in Dynamics GP as the invoice SOP number, and customer-note false. If the update fails, skip the note, report the error and carry on with the next order.
**Step 5: Report**
Orders completed, orders skipped with the reason, and any errors.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce MCP server; tools whose names start with dynamics-gp- are on the dynamics-gp MCP server. If a tool from either server is not available, stop and say which server is not connected.
* If the user names a Dynamics GP company, pass it as company on every dynamics-gp call.
* Match a store SKU to a GP item number exactly, after trimming spaces. If that fails, try the SKU in upper case once. Never match on descriptions or partial codes.
* The only tools that may write are `woocommerce-update-order` (status only) and `woocommerce-add-order-note` (private notes only), and only after the confirmation in step 3.
* Never pass set-paid, never set customer-note true, and never call `woocommerce-send-order-details`.
* Never write to GP. Do not call `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-trx-update` or `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-trx-note`.
**Validation:**
* If step 1 returns no orders, say so and stop.
* If step 1 returns exactly {max-orders} orders (default 50), say more may be waiting and suggest running again.
* If GP has two posted invoices for the same PO number, do not complete that order; list it as a possible duplicate.Who it's for
