The problem
Orders that fail to import without a sound
Every WooCommerce order should reach Dynamics GP as a sales document, but imports fail quietly and totals change after edits. Checking a week of orders means searching GP by PO number and deciding which quote, order or invoice to compare.
Without PopdockAI
- Export a week of WooCommerce orders
- Search GP by customer PO for each
- Pick which document to compare
- Compare totals by hand
With PopdockAI
- Orders are read for the date range
- Each is found in GP by customer PO, then order ID
- The most advanced document is compared
- Missing orders, total differences and odd customers are listed, and nothing is written

**Objective:** For WooCommerce orders created from {start-date} to {end-date} (default: today) with status {order-status} (default: every status except cancelled, failed and pending), find the matching Dynamics GP sales document by customer PO number and report orders missing from GP or with a different total.
**Step 1: Read the store orders (woocommerce)**
Call `woocommerce-get-order` with created-date.from set to {start-date}, created-date.to set to {end-date} (default today), status set to {order-status} when it is given, and max-records 200. Without {order-status}, drop cancelled, failed and pending orders from the result. Keep order-number, order-id, created-date, status, billing name, total and currency.
**Step 2: Find each order in Dynamics GP (dynamics-gp)**
For each order call `dynamics-gp-get-rm-sales-trx` with customer-po-number set to the order-number. If nothing comes back and the order-id differs from the order-number, try once more with the order-id. If there is still nothing, record the order as in the store but not in GP.
**Step 3: Compare**
One store order can have several GP documents (a quote, an order, then an invoice). Compare the store total with the document-amount of the most advanced document: an invoice before an order, and an order before a quote. A difference under 0.01 is a match.
**Step 4: Report**
1. In the store, not in GP: order number, date, status, billing name, total.
2. Total differences: order number, GP SOP number and type, store total, GP document amount, difference.
3. Possible mismatches: GP documents whose customer-name bears no resemblance to the store billing name.
4. Summary: orders checked, matched, missing, total differences.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce MCP server; tools whose names start with dynamics-gp- are on the dynamics-gp MCP server. If a tool from either server is not available, stop and say which server is not connected.
* If the user names a Dynamics GP company, pass it as company on every dynamics-gp call.
* Match a store SKU to a GP item number exactly, after trimming spaces. If that fails, try the SKU in upper case once. Never match on descriptions or partial codes.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-trx-add`, `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-line-item-add`, `dynamics-gp-rm-sales-trx-update` or `woocommerce-update-order`. To bring a missing order across, point the user to the import-web-order-to-gp prompt.
**Validation:**
* If step 1 returns no orders, say so and stop.
* If step 1 returns exactly 200 orders, say the range may hold more and suggest a shorter one.
* If the store currency and the GP document are clearly in different currencies, report the pair without calling it a difference.Who it's for
