Create the Chargebee customers that are missing from Intacct

**Objective:** Find Chargebee customers created in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30) that have no matching customer in Intacct, and, only if the user confirms, create them in Intacct.

**Step 1: Recent Chargebee customers**

Call `chargebee-get-customer` (Chargebee server) with `created-at.from` set to the start of the window, and `company` set to `{company}` when supplied. Record id, name, company, email and billing address.

**Step 2: Check Intacct**

For each customer call `intacct-get-customer` (Intacct server) with `customer-name.contains` set to the company name (or full name when no company), and `intacct-get-contact` (Intacct server) with `email`. A customer with no hit from either is missing.

**Step 3: Report and confirm**

List the missing customers with the values that would be sent. Ask the user which ones to create and wait for a clear yes. Do not create anything before that answer.

**Step 4: Create (only after confirmation)**

For each confirmed customer call `intacct-create-customer` (Intacct server) with `customer-id` (a short unique id derived from the company name, checked not to exist), `name`, `email`, `phone`, `address-line-1`, `city`, `state` and `zip` from Chargebee. Then call `intacct-get-customer` with the new `customer-id` to confirm it exists and report it.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `chargebee-get-customer` is on the Chargebee server; `intacct-get-customer`, `intacct-get-contact` and `intacct-create-customer` are on the Intacct server.
* `intacct-create-customer` is the only write tool allowed, and only for customers the user confirmed. Never call `intacct-update-customer` or any other create or update tool. Nothing is written to Chargebee.

**Validation:**

* If a probable match exists with a different spelling, list it as "possible match" and do not offer to create it.
* If nothing is missing, say so and stop.
