Add Sage Intacct customers to Teamwork.com once

**Objective:** Create a client company in Teamwork from Intacct customer `{customer-name}`, so projects for that customer can be set up against it. Create it only after the user confirms.

**Step 1: Read the Intacct customer**

Call `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name.contains` set to `{customer-name}`. If more than one customer matches, list them and stop. If none match, say so and stop. Keep `customer-name`, `email`, `city`, `state` and `country`.

**Step 2: Make sure Teamwork does not already have it**

Call `teamwork-get-companies` with `name.contains` set to the Intacct `customer-name`. If a company with the same or a very similar name exists, show it and stop. Do not create a duplicate.

**Step 3: Confirm**

Show the user the company that will be created: name, email, city, state and country code. Teamwork needs a two-letter ISO country code; convert the Intacct `country` only when you are sure of the code (for example United States to US), and otherwise leave it out. Wait for an explicit yes.

**Step 4: Create and confirm**

After the user says yes, call `teamwork-create-company` once with `name`, `email`, `city`, `state` and `country-code`. Report the new company `id` it returns.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `intacct-get-customer` is on the intacct server. `teamwork-get-companies` and `teamwork-create-company` are on the teamwork server.
* `teamwork-create-company` is the only tool that may write, and it may be called once, after confirmation.
* Do NOT call `teamwork-update-company`, `teamwork-create-project`, or any Intacct action tool such as `intacct-update-customer`.

**Validation:**

* If the Intacct customer has no email or address, create the company with the name alone and say which details were missing.
* If the create call fails, report the error as returned and stop.
