The problem

Broadcast clashes and repeated subjects slip through

When several people plan Drip broadcasts, two sends land on one day, subjects get reused and drafts sit for months. Spotting it means scrolling the list and comparing dates by eye.

Without PopdockAI

  • Scroll the broadcast list
  • Compare send dates and subjects by eye
  • Check sender names and addresses
  • Old drafts sit forgotten

With PopdockAI

  • Sent, scheduled and draft broadcasts are tabled
  • Same-day clashes and repeated subjects are flagged
  • Old drafts and sender differences are called out
  • Nothing is sent, scheduled or edited

Prompt
**Objective:** Report on Drip broadcasts sent or scheduled between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (default: 30 days back to 30 days ahead of today), and flag scheduling problems.

**Step 1: Pull broadcasts**

Call `drip-get-broadcast` with `send-at-date.from` = `{from-date}`, `send-at-date.to` = `{to-date}` and `max-records` = 200. Then call it once more with `status` = draft and no date filters to catch drafts with no send date.

**Step 2: Check**

* Two or more broadcasts scheduled on the same date (inbox fatigue)
* The same or nearly the same subject used more than once in the window
* Drafts created more than 30 days ago that were never scheduled
* Inconsistent from name or from email across broadcasts
* Scheduled broadcasts without localized sending time when others use it

**Step 3: Report**

* **Sent:** table of send date, name, subject, from name
* **Scheduled:** table of send date and time, name, subject
* **Drafts:** table of name, subject, created date, age in days
* **Issues:** one bullet per problem found, naming the broadcasts involved

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. No tool on this server sends, schedules or edits a broadcast, and you must not call any write tool such as `drip-pause-campaign` as a substitute.
* Dates are calendar dates; state the window you actually used.

**Validation:**

* If a date is not a valid date, ask for it again.
* If the window holds no broadcasts, say so and still report drafts.

Avoid two sends on one day

Same-day clashes are flagged before they reach subscribers' inboxes.

Are any Drip broadcasts scheduled on the same day in the next two weeks?

Content managers

Stop reusing subject lines

Repeated or near-identical subjects across broadcasts are flagged so each send feels fresh.

Have we repeated any Drip broadcast subject lines in the last 60 days?
