Start each day knowing which overdue customers to chase first
For collections teams who want overdue Business Central customers ranked by risk with a next action, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Collections calls start with whoever is easiest, not who matters
Chasing overdue customers works best when you start with the oldest, largest debts, but Business Central shows invoices one at a time. Deciding who to call means aging every invoice, checking reminders and payments and spotting credits that offset the debt.
Without PopdockAI
- Age open invoices by hand per customer
- Check reminders and last payments one by one
- Miss credits that already cover the debt
- Call whoever comes to mind first
With PopdockAI
- Open invoices are aged into four buckets per customer
- The top 15 get reminders, finance charges, last payment and credits
- Customers are ranked by oldest debt and payment history
- The top five get a next action, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Build a collections worklist of overdue customer invoices, ranked by who to chase first, counting only invoices at least `{min-days-overdue}` days overdue (default 1).
Pass `{company}` as the company argument on every call. If `{company}` is empty, leave the company argument out so the connector's default company is used.
**Step 1: Pull open invoices**
Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with remaining-amount.min set to 0.01 and due-date.to set to today minus `{min-days-overdue}` days (default 1). Raise max-records to 1000. If the result hits the limit, say the list may be incomplete.
**Step 2: Age them**
Group by sell-to-customer-number. For each customer total remaining-amount into buckets by days past due-date: 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, over 90.
**Step 3: Add context for the top customers**
For the 15 customers with the largest overdue total:
* Call `business-central-get-customer` with customer-number to get credit-limit, blocked, phone-number, email and salesperson-code.
* Call `business-central-get-reminder` and `business-central-get-issued-finance-charge-memo` with customer-number to see the highest reminder-level and any finance charges.
* Call `business-central-get-detailed-customer-ledger` with customer-number, document-type Payment and posting-date.from 90 days ago to find the last payment date.
* Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-credit-memo` with sell-to-customer-number and paid false; an unapplied credit may offset the debt.
**Step 4: Rank**
Rank by amount over 90 days first, then 61-90, then total overdue. Move a customer up if they have made no payment in 90 days, and down if an unapplied credit covers most of the debt.
**Step 5: Report**
* Aging summary: total per bucket across all customers
* Worklist table: rank, customer, total overdue, the four buckets, last payment date, highest reminder level, unapplied credit, contact email and phone
* For the top five, one line each saying the suggested next action (call, send next reminder, apply credit, consider credit hold)
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any tool named business-central-create-* or business-central-update-*. Do not block customers with `business-central-update-customer`; recommend it instead.
* Do not mix currencies in a total; show a separate total per currency-code if more than one appears.
**Validation:**
* If nothing is overdue, say so and stop.Who it's for
