The problem
New accounts are sold before finance can invoice them
When sales signs up an account in Dynamics 365 Sales, finance has to create the same customer in Business Central, checking number and name and retyping the address and credit limit. It is slow, so the customer is often missing when the first order arrives.
Without PopdockAI
- Check each Sales account in Business Central by hand
- Retype addresses and credit limits
- Guess whether a similar name is the same customer
- Find the missing customer when the first order lands
With PopdockAI
- Each account is looked up by account number, then by name
- A name match counts only when email or city agrees
- Doubtful matches are set aside, not created
- You confirm the table, then new customer numbers are reported

**Objective:** Find active Dynamics 365 Sales accounts (optionally only in state `{state}`) that have no customer in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the connector's default company when blank), and create up to `{max-accounts}` (default 10) of them after the user confirms.
**Step 1: Read accounts in Dynamics 365 Sales**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-accounts` with status set to Active, state set to `{state}` when given, and max-records 200. Keep account-number, account-name, email, main-phone, city, state, country and credit-limit.
**Step 2: Check each one in Business Central**
For each account, call `business-central-get-customer` with customer-number set to the account-number when it has one; if that returns nothing, call it with name.contains set to the account name. Treat a name match as existing only when the email or city also agrees; otherwise list it as a possible duplicate. Collect the accounts with no match. Stop checking once you have twice `{max-accounts}` candidates.
**Step 3: Show the plan and ask**
Show a table of the first `{max-accounts}` (default 10) missing accounts: account-name, account-number (to become the Business Central number, blank to let Business Central number it), email, phone, city, state, country (as a two-letter code), credit-limit. List possible duplicates separately; they will not be created. Ask the user to confirm, and accept a subset. Do not continue without an explicit yes.
**Step 4: Create in Business Central (only after confirmation)**
For each confirmed account call `business-central-create-customer` once with display-name set to the account-name, number set to the account-number when present, type Company, email, phone-number, city, state, country, credit-limit, and company `{company}` when given. Keep each returned number.
**Step 5: Report**
A table: account-name, new Business Central customer number, result (created or the error). Then the count created, skipped as duplicates, and failed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named dynamics-365-sales-* are on the dynamics-365-sales server; tools named business-central-* are on the business-central server.
* The only write tool allowed is `business-central-create-customer`, once per confirmed account. Do NOT call `business-central-update-customer`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-account` or any other write tool.
* Never create more than `{max-accounts}` (default 10) customers in one run.
**Validation:**
* If an account-number is already used by a different Business Central customer, leave number blank for that account and say so.
* If a create fails, continue with the rest and report the failure.Who it's for
