The problem

With PopdockAI

- Open opportunities and unfulfilled orders at risk are listed with owners
- Currencies are not converted, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** List customers in Business Central company `{company}` (default: the connector's default company when blank) with at least `{min-overdue-amount}` (default 1000) overdue, and show the open pipeline each one has in Dynamics 365 Sales, so sales can hold or escalate those deals.
**Step 1: Read overdue invoices in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with remaining-amount.min set to 0.01, due-date.to set to yesterday's date and max-records 500. Group the rows by sell-to-customer-number and sum remaining-amount; keep the oldest due-date and the sell-to-customer-name. Keep only customers whose overdue total is at least `{min-overdue-amount}` (default 1000). If none qualify, report that and stop.
**Step 2: Add customer context in Business Central**
For each qualifying customer, call `business-central-get-customer` with customer-number set to the sell-to-customer-number. Keep credit-limit, balance-due, blocked and salesperson-code.
**Step 3: Find the account and its open deals in Dynamics 365 Sales**
For each customer, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-accounts` with account-number set to the Business Central customer-number; if nothing comes back, call it again with account-name.contains set to the customer name. If still nothing, mark the customer as not in Dynamics 365 Sales and continue with the next one.
For each matched account, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with potential-customer set to the account-name and status set to Open, and `dynamics-365-sales-get-salesorders` with customer set to the account-name. Keep open opportunities (topic, est-revenue, est-close-date, owner) and orders that are not yet fulfilled (name, total-amount, status-reason).
**Step 4: Report**
A table sorted by overdue total, highest first: customer number, customer name, overdue total, oldest due date, days overdue, blocked, open opportunity count and est-revenue total, unfulfilled order total, and the Dynamics 365 Sales owner. Under the table, list each at-risk opportunity with its owner so they can be contacted.
