Find out who at a customer attends your webinars
For account managers who want GoTo Webinar registrations, attendance and questions for a Dynamics 365 Sales account's people, by asking their AI assistant.

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
Nobody knows who at a customer attends your webinars
Account managers rarely know which people at a customer have been attending webinars. Finding out means listing the account's contacts and leads and searching GoTo Webinar for each email across registrations, attendance and questions.
Without PopdockAI
- List the account's contacts and leads
- Search each email in GoTo Webinar
- Check registrations, attendance and questions
- Miss the person who attended three sessions
With PopdockAI
- Contacts and leads for the account are read
- Each email is checked for registrations, attendance, no shows and questions
- Matching is by email only, never by name
- The most engaged person is named, and nothing is created

**Objective:** Show which people at the Dynamics 365 Sales account `{account-name}` registered for, attended or asked questions in GoTo Webinar webinars in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Find the account (dynamics-365-sales)**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-accounts` with `account-name` set to `{account-name}`. If nothing matches, retry with `account-name.contains`. If more than one account matches, list them with city and owner and stop. Keep the account name and owner.
**Step 2: Find its people (dynamics-365-sales)**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contacts` with `parent-customer` set to the account name, and `dynamics-365-sales-get-leads` with `company-name` set to it. Keep each person's name, job title and email. People with no email are listed as "not checked".
**Step 3: Look up their webinar activity (goto-webinar)**
Work out the start date as today minus the lookback. For each email:
1. `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with `email` set to it and registration-date.from set to the start date.
2. `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with `email` set to it and date-attended.from set to the start date.
3. `goto-webinar-get-question` with askers-email set to it and date-asked.from set to the start date.
**Step 4: Report**
A table, one row per person: name, contact or lead, job title, webinars registered, webinars attended (with time attended), no-shows (registered but not attended), questions asked. Leave out people with no activity, then say how many had none.
Then a short summary: the account owner, the most engaged person, and any webinar two or more people attended.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `goto-webinar-*` tools are on the goto-webinar server; `dynamics-365-sales-*` tools are on the dynamics-365-sales server. If a tool from either server is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `goto-webinar-add-registrant` or `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, and do not call any Dynamics 365 Sales create or update tool (any tool whose name starts with dynamics-365-sales-create- or dynamics-365-sales-update-), such as `dynamics-365-sales-create-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task` or `dynamics-365-sales-update-contact`.
* Match email addresses case-insensitively after trimming spaces. GoTo Webinar and Dynamics 365 Sales share no other key, so never match two people on name alone; a name-only similarity may be mentioned as "possible match" but is not a match.
**Validation:**
* If the account has no contacts or leads with an email, say so and stop.
* If nobody has any webinar activity in the window, say so plainly rather than returning an empty table.Who it's for
