Find the deals most likely to slip this week
For sales reps and managers who want a weekly pipeline review in Dynamics 365 Sales that flags risky deals, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Risky deals hide in plain sight in a long pipeline
A weekly pipeline review means scanning open deals for close dates already passed, deals nobody has touched in weeks and probabilities that do not match the stage. With dozens of deals, the risky ones hide in plain sight.
Without PopdockAI
- Filter open deals by close date
- Check activity history deal by deal
- Compare probability with stage by eye
- Spend the week on the wrong deals
With PopdockAI
- Open deals are read, including past close dates
- Recent activity is checked on the ten largest
- Overdue, untouched, mis staged and no revenue deals are flagged
- Three actions naming specific deals, and nothing is edited
The prompt

**Objective:** Review the open sales pipeline for `{owner}` (everyone if blank) with an estimated close date in the next `{close-within-days}` days (default 90), find the deals at risk, and recommend where to spend time this week.
**Step 1: Resolve the owner**
If `{owner}` is given, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-systemusers` with `full-name.contains` to confirm the exact full name. If it matches more than one user, list them and stop. If it matches a disabled user, say so.
**Step 2: Pull the pipeline**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `status` set to the open value, `owner` (if given), and `est-close-date.to` = today plus the window. Do not set `est-close-date.from`: deals whose close date has already passed while still open are the first thing to flag. Set `max-records` to 200.
**Step 3: Check recent activity on the biggest deals**
For the 10 open deals with the highest `est-revenue`, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-activitypointers` with `regarding` = the opportunity's topic and look at the most recent `created-on` and any open activity with a `due-date` in the past.
**Step 4: Flag risk**
Mark a deal at risk when any of these is true:
* its `est-close-date` is in the past and it is still open
* it has no activity in the last 21 days
* `probability` is 70 or more but `sales-stage` is still an early stage, or `probability` is 20 or less on a deal closing within 30 days
* `est-revenue` is blank or 0
**Step 5: Report**
1. Totals: count of open deals, sum of `est-revenue`, and probability-weighted revenue (sum of `est-revenue` x `probability` / 100).
2. A table grouped by `sales-stage`: count and revenue.
3. At-risk deals, highest revenue first: topic, potential customer, owner, est. revenue, est. close date, probability, and the reason(s) it is at risk.
4. Three recommended actions, each naming a specific deal.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any create or update tool: `dynamics-365-sales-create-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-opportunity`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-phone-call`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-case`.
* Status, stage, priority, rating and type filters take the values listed in each tool's input schema. Pick from that list; never guess a label.
* Treat an owner filter that returns nothing as a likely name mismatch, not an empty pipeline; say so.
**Validation:**
* If no open opportunities are found, say so and state the filters used.
* If `{close-within-days}` is not a positive whole number, use 90 and say so.Who it's for
