The problem
Contracts expire quietly with nobody talking to the customer
Contracts and entitlements expire quietly. Unless someone checks which are ending soon and whether a renewal opportunity is open, customers reach their end date with nobody talking to them, often with support cases unresolved.
Without PopdockAI
- Filter contracts and entitlements by end date
- Search for a renewal opportunity per customer
- Count open cases by hand
- Find out about the lapse after it happens
With PopdockAI
- Contracts and entitlements ending soon or nearly used up are listed
- Each customer is checked for an open renewal opportunity
- Open cases that could risk the renewal are counted
- Uncovered customers are listed to act on, and nothing is updated

**Objective:** Find contracts and entitlements ending in the next `{days-ahead}` days (default 90), for customer `{customer}` (all if blank), and show which customers have no renewal in progress.
**Step 1: Contracts ending**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-contracts` with `contract-end-date.from` = today, `contract-end-date.to` = today plus the window, and `customer` if given. Skip contracts whose `status` is cancelled or expired.
**Step 2: Entitlements ending or used up**
Call `dynamics-365-sales-get-entitlements` with `end-date.from` = today, `end-date.to` = today plus the window, and `customer` if given. Separately call it with `remaining-terms.max` = 1 and the active status, since an entitlement that is nearly used up renews early.
**Step 3: Renewal in progress?**
For each distinct customer, call `dynamics-365-sales-get-opportunities` with `potential-customer` = the customer and `status` set to the open value. A customer is covered when it has an open opportunity closing before or near the end date. Also call `dynamics-365-sales-get-incidents` with `customer` = the customer and open status, since unresolved cases put a renewal at risk.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Counts: contracts ending, entitlements ending or used up, customers with no renewal opportunity.
2. By customer, soonest end date first: what is ending (name, end date, net or total price, remaining terms), the renewal opportunity if any (topic, stage, close date), open case count, and the owner.
3. The uncovered customers, as a list someone can act on today.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any create or update tool: `dynamics-365-sales-create-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-opportunity`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-case`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-task`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-note`, `dynamics-365-sales-create-phone-call`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-account`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-contact`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-lead`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-opportunity`, `dynamics-365-sales-update-case`.
* Filters on related records (customer, potential customer, regarding, opportunity, quote, order, invoice) match the record's display name exactly. If an exact match returns nothing, retry once with the matching `.contains` filter and say you did.
**Validation:**
* If nothing ends in the window, say so and state the filters used.
* If `{days-ahead}` is blank or invalid, use 90.Who it's for
