Find any file on your FTP server in a chat
For anyone who needs a file from the FTP server without credentials, an FTP client or a ticket to IT.

Connector
Connect FTP Server, pick your AI tool and paste the prompt.
The problem
FTP has no search, so everyone asks IT
To find one file on FTP you need a client, the credentials and a good guess at the folder, so most people ask IT and wait. A file already on the server can take hours to reach the person who needs it.
Without PopdockAI
- Ask IT for FTP credentials or a client
- Guess which folder the file sits in
- Browse directories one by one
- Wait hours for a file that is already there
With PopdockAI
- Ask for a file by name, folder or date in a chat
- Only the folders your admin made available are searched
- Results are narrowed in plain words
- Credentials stay in Popdock and nothing on the server changes
Who it's for
One answer, three teams that use it
Operations coordinators

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You describe the file and your AI assistant searches the FTP folders your admin has allowed. Searching is read only and the credentials never reach the AI client.
01
Ask
You describe the file by name, folder or date.
02
Search
It searches the FTP folders your admin has made available.
03
Narrow
You refine in plain words, such as only last week.
04
Result
You get the matching files, with the server unchanged.
The outcome
Anyone can find an FTP file in a chat
