The problem

People on your calls are missing from Salesforce

People you meet on Chorus calls are often missing from Salesforce, or sit there as leads nobody connected to the account. Checking means looking up each outside participant as a contact, then again as a lead.

Without PopdockAI

  • Copy outside participants from recent calls
  • Search Salesforce contacts for each email
  • Search leads for anyone not found
  • Lose track of who matters most

With PopdockAI

  • Outside participants are collected, Chorus users treated as internal
  • Each email is checked as a contact, then as a lead
  • Unknown people are ranked by calls joined
  • It offers to add leads but adds nothing

Prompt
**Objective:** List the external people who took part in Chorus conversations over the last {lookback-days} days (default 7) and show whether each one exists in Salesforce as a contact, a lead or not at all. If {account-name} is given, only look at that account's conversations.

**Step 1: Collect the conversations in Chorus**

Call `chorus-get-engagements` with date.from = today minus the lookback days and max-records = 100. If {account-name} is not empty, also pass account-name.contains = {account-name}.

**Step 2: Collect the external participants in Chorus**

Call `chorus-get-users` with active = true once, and treat every email it returns as internal. For each conversation from Step 1, call `chorus-get-conversation-participants` with its conversation-id. Keep participants whose email is not internal, and de-duplicate them by email, ignoring case.

**Step 3: Look each person up in Salesforce**

For each external email, call `salesforce-get-contact` with email = that address. If no contact comes back, call `salesforce-get-lead` with email = that address.

**Step 4: Report**

1. **Known contacts:** name, email, Salesforce account, and the Chorus company name. Flag rows where the two company names clearly differ.
2. **Known leads:** name, email, company, lead status, converted.
3. **Not in Salesforce:** email, name, title, company, number of conversations and last conversation date, most conversations first.

Finish by offering to add the people in section 3 as leads, but do not add them.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `chorus-get-engagements`, `chorus-get-users` and `chorus-get-conversation-participants` are on the Chorus server. `salesforce-get-contact` and `salesforce-get-lead` are on the Salesforce server.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-update-contact` or `salesforce-update-lead`.

**Validation:**

* Participants with no email cannot be looked up. Count them and list their names separately.
* If no conversations match, say so and stop.
