The problem

Real customer contact missing from Salesforce

Recorded calls that never become Salesforce events or tasks leave accounts looking untouched. Measuring how much goes unlogged means comparing a rep's Chorus conversations against their Salesforce activity date by date.

Without PopdockAI

  • Pull the rep's Chorus calls for the period
  • Pull their Salesforce events and tasks
  • Match them date by date
  • Guess which accounts look untouched

With PopdockAI

  • The rep is confirmed in Chorus and Salesforce
  • Calls, events and tasks are read for the same dates
  • Same day matches on account count as logged
  • Share logged and accounts with no activity are shown, nothing written

Prompt
**Objective:** Compare the Chorus calls and meetings of the rep {rep-email} over the last {lookback-days} days (default 14) with the events and tasks logged against them in Salesforce, and show which conversations were never logged.

**Step 1: Resolve the rep in both systems**

Call `chorus-get-users` with email = {rep-email} and `salesforce-get-user` with email = {rep-email}. If either system has no user with that email, say which one and stop.

**Step 2: Read the activity**

* Call `chorus-get-engagements` with user-email = {rep-email}, date.from = today minus the lookback days and date.to = today.
* Call `salesforce-get-event` with assigned-to-id = the Salesforce user-id, start.from and start.to over the same dates.
* Call `salesforce-get-task` with assigned-to-id = the Salesforce user-id, due-date.from and due-date.to over the same dates.

**Step 3: Match them**

A conversation counts as logged when a Salesforce event or task falls on the same date and its account-name matches the conversation's account-name, or its subject clearly refers to the same meeting. Compare account names ignoring case and suffixes such as Inc or Ltd.

**Step 4: Report**

1. **Totals:** conversations, events, tasks, and the share of conversations that were logged.
2. **Conversations not logged in Salesforce:** date, subject, account, opportunity name.
3. **Salesforce events with no Chorus recording:** date, subject, account. These may be unrecorded meetings; do not treat them as errors.
4. **Accounts:** worked in Chorus but with no Salesforce activity in the window.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `chorus-get-users` and `chorus-get-engagements` are on the Chorus server. `salesforce-get-user`, `salesforce-get-event` and `salesforce-get-task` are on the Salesforce server.
* This is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-task` or any other write tool. To log a missed conversation, point the user at the log-conversation-to-salesforce prompt.

**Validation:**

* If the rep had no Chorus conversations in the window, say so and stop.
* If a conversation has no account-name, match it on date and subject only, and say so.
