The problem
HubSpot can still email people who opted out
When someone unsubscribes in Constant Contact, HubSpot does not always hear about it, so they can still be emailed from the CRM. Checking means taking each unsubscribe and looking up their HubSpot subscriptions by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Export recent Constant Contact unsubscribes
- Search HubSpot for each address
- Open their subscription settings one by one
- Keep no record of what was checked
With PopdockAI
- Recent Constant Contact unsubscribes are collected
- Each address's HubSpot subscription status is read
- Conflicts show the unsubscribe date and reason
- Counts of matches and missing addresses, and nothing changes

**Objective:** Find everyone who unsubscribed in Constant Contact in the last {lookback-days} days (default 30) and check whether HubSpot still shows them as subscribed to the subscription type {subscription-name} (default all subscription types).
**Step 1: Collect recent unsubscribes from Constant Contact**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `created-date.from` set to the date {lookback-days} days before today (YYYY-MM-DD). Keep `email-address`, `created-date`, `reason` and `campaign-id`. Remove duplicate email addresses, keeping the latest unsubscribe. If none come back, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Check each address in HubSpot**
For each email address, call `hubspot-get-contact-subscriptions` with `recipient-email` set to it, and with `name` set to {subscription-name} when it is given. Keep each subscription's `name` and `status`. If nothing comes back, call `hubspot-get-contacts` with `email` to tell apart "not in HubSpot" from "in HubSpot with no subscription records".
**Step 3: Report**
1. A table of conflicts: email, Constant Contact unsubscribe date and reason, HubSpot subscription name, HubSpot status. A conflict is any HubSpot subscription that is still subscribed.
2. A count of addresses that agree (unsubscribed in both).
3. A list of addresses not found in HubSpot.
4. A closing line saying these conflicts must be fixed in HubSpot by someone with access, since no tool here changes HubSpot subscription status.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `constant-contact-get-campaign-unsubscribe` is on the Constant Contact server. `hubspot-get-contact-subscriptions` and `hubspot-get-contacts` are on the HubSpot server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `hubspot-update-contact`, `hubspot-add-contact-note`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `constant-contact-add-contact` or any other add, update or resend tool on either server.
**Validation:**
* Match email addresses case-insensitively and trimmed.
* HubSpot status values vary in case and wording (for example SUBSCRIBED, NOT_SUBSCRIBED, opted in). Treat anything that means subscribed or opted in as subscribed, and show the raw value in the table.
* If more than 200 unsubscribes come back, report the first 200 and say the window should be narrowed.Who it's for
