Find Jira issues that never made it to TickTick

**Objective:** Find open Jira issues assigned to `{assignee}` (optionally in project `{project-key}`) that have no TickTick task, so nothing falls off the personal task list.

**Step 1: List the issues (Jira server)**

Call `jira-get-issue` with `assignee.contains` = `{assignee}`, `status` = In Progress, and again with `status` = To Do. If `{project-key}` is not empty, also pass `project-key`. Keep issue-key, summary, status and due-date.

**Step 2: Check TickTick**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` once for all open tasks (use `max-records` high enough to cover them). For each issue, look for a task whose title contains its issue-key. Do not run one call per issue unless the list is too large.

**Step 3: Report**

Table of issues with no matching task (key, summary, status, due-date), sorted by due-date with undated last. Then a count of issues that do have a task. Suggest running the backfill prompt for the missing ones.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick MCP server; `jira-*` tools are on the Jira MCP server. Both must be connected.
* Read-only. Do not call any add, update, delete, complete, assign or move tool on either server.

**Validation:**

* If the Jira side returns nothing, say so and stop.
* If the assignee name matches more than one person, list the names seen and ask which is meant.
