**Objective:** Find the OnePageCRM contacts for `{owner-id}` (default: all owners) who are missing from the Mailchimp list `{list-name}`, and report who should be added.
**Step 1: List CRM contacts (onepagecrm server)**
Call `onepagecrm-get-contact` with `owner-id` set to `{owner-id}` when given, and `max-records` 200. Keep only contacts that have an `email`. Count the contacts without an email separately.
**Step 2: Read the Mailchimp list (mailchimp server)**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `list-name` set to `{list-name}` and `max-records` 1000. If the list name matches no members at all, call `mailchimp-get-list` with `name.contains` set to `{list-name}`, show the matching lists and stop.
**Step 3: Match on email**
Compare each CRM `email` to the Mailchimp `email`, ignoring case and surrounding spaces. A CRM contact is "missing" when no Mailchimp member has that address. A contact whose Mailchimp `status` is not subscribed is "present but not subscribed" and is reported separately.
**Step 4: Report**
Three tables: missing from Mailchimp (name, company, email, CRM status, lead-source), present but not subscribed (name, email, Mailchimp `status`, `unsubscribe-reason`), and CRM contacts with no email. End with the counts for each.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `onepagecrm-get-contact` is on the onepagecrm server; `mailchimp-get-list-member` and `mailchimp-get-list` are on the mailchimp server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call any onepagecrm write tool (`onepagecrm-add-contact`, `onepagecrm-update-contact`, `onepagecrm-delete-contact`, `onepagecrm-add-note`, `onepagecrm-add-deal`, `onepagecrm-update-deal`, `onepagecrm-add-action`, `onepagecrm-add-call`, `onepagecrm-add-meeting`) and do NOT call any mailchimp write tool (`mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`).
**Validation:**
* If either server returns nothing, say which one and stop.
* Never re-subscribe anyone who is unsubscribed or cleaned; only report them.Who it's for
