The problem
Forecasts mix open deals with won and lost ones
Revenue forecasts get built by exporting OnePageCRM deals and totalling them in a spreadsheet. Open deals get mixed with won and lost ones, and nobody agrees which are likely and which are at risk.
Without PopdockAI
- Export deals closing in the window
- Filter out won and lost deals by hand
- Total amounts by stage in a spreadsheet
- Argue over which deals are likely
With PopdockAI
- Deals expected to close in the window are read
- Open deals are separated from won and lost
- Open amounts are totalled by stage, split likely and at risk
- Totals are unweighted, deals with no amount are named, nothing changes

**Objective:** Forecast revenue from deals expected to close between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (YYYY-MM-DD), optionally for owner `{owner-id}`.
**Step 1: Pull the deals**
Call `onepagecrm-get-deal` with `expected-close-date.from` set to `{from-date}`, `expected-close-date.to` set to `{to-date}`, and `owner-id` when supplied. Set `max-records` to 200.
**Step 2: Split and total**
* Separate open deals from won and lost deals using `status`.
* Sum `amount` for open deals per `stage` and in total; sum `cost` and report margin where present.
* If stages are ordered (early to late), call late-stage deals the likely close and early-stage deals the at-risk part.
**Step 3: Report**
A short summary (open total, likely total, at-risk total), then a table of deals sorted by expected-close-date with name, company-name, stage, amount. Mention any deals with an empty `amount`.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Never call `onepagecrm-add-deal`, `onepagecrm-update-deal` or `onepagecrm-delete-deal`.
* State that the figures are unweighted totals; do not invent probabilities.
**Validation:**
* If either date is missing or not a valid date, ask for it and stop.
* If nothing is returned, say the window is empty.Who it's for
