See how well your Mailchimp audience covers Rillet customers
For marketers who want to know which Rillet customer emails are missing from a Mailchimp audience, and which are unsubscribed or pending.

The problem
You cannot tell how much of your customer base your audience covers
Knowing how well a Mailchimp audience covers your customers means lining up every Rillet customer email against it. By hand it is slow, case differences hide matches, and unsubscribed or pending members get lumped in with everyone else.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Rillet customer emails and audience members
- Clean case and spacing so matches line up
- Sort out unsubscribed, cleaned and pending members
- Guess whether the export was complete
With PopdockAI
- Every customer email and the full membership read in one pass
- Addresses matched regardless of case or spacing
- Missing, unsubscribed, cleaned and pending listed apart
- A clear note when the comparison is partial, and nobody added

**Objective:** Show how well the Mailchimp audience `{list-name}` covers the contacts on Rillet customers, and list the gaps.
**Step 1: Confirm the audience**
Call `mailchimp-get-list` with `name.contains` set to `{list-name}`. If exactly one audience matches, note its `name`, `list-id` and `number-of-members`. If several match, list them and stop so the user can choose; if none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read both sides in full**
* Call `rillet-get-customer-emails` (no filters) to get every Rillet customer email with its `customer-id` and `name`.
* Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `list-name` set to the confirmed audience name and `max-records` large enough to cover `number-of-members` from Step 1. Keep `email`, `status` and `last-changed-date`.
Do not call the member tool once per email; compare the two sets in memory. Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces. A Rillet customer can have several emails (`email-type`), and one email can appear on more than one Rillet customer: keep every pairing and say so in the report.
**Step 3: Report**
1. Totals: Rillet customer emails, audience members, and how many Rillet emails are in the audience.
2. **Missing from the audience:** Rillet emails with no member row. Table: email, Rillet customer name, `customer-id`.
3. **In the audience but not reachable:** members whose `status` is unsubscribed or cleaned. Table: email, customer name, status, `last-changed-date`.
4. **Pending:** members still awaiting opt-in.
5. Optional one line: how many audience members are not on any Rillet customer (count only, do not list them).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named mailchimp- come from the mailchimp MCP server; tools named rillet- come from the rillet MCP server. If a tool from either server is missing, stop and say which server is not connected rather than working around it.
* The only key shared by the two systems is the email address. Mailchimp `customer-id` values (e-commerce store customers) are NOT Rillet customer ids; never pass one system's id into the other.
* Read-only. Do not call any Mailchimp tool whose name starts with mailchimp-add-, mailchimp-update-, mailchimp-start-, mailchimp-pause- or mailchimp-replicate-, and do not call any Rillet tool whose name starts with rillet-add-, rillet-update-, rillet-apply-, rillet-unapply-, rillet-record-, rillet-set- or rillet-setup-. In particular never call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or `mailchimp-add-segment-member` from this prompt.
* This prompt only reports. Adding people is a separate prompt (`add-customers-to-audience`), and unsubscribed or cleaned contacts must never be re-added.
**Validation:**
* If `rillet-get-customer-emails` returns nothing, say there are no customer emails in Rillet and stop.
* If the member read returns fewer rows than `number-of-members`, say the comparison is partial and how many rows were read.Who it's for
