See how much ARR engaged with your Mailchimp campaign
For marketers who want to know which Rillet customers opened or clicked a Mailchimp campaign and how much ARR they represent.

The problem
Campaign reports show clicks, not which customers or how much
A Mailchimp report gives you opens and clicks, but not which of those people pay you or how much. Answering that means exporting activity, matching emails to Rillet customers and looking up ARR, so most teams never do it.
Without PopdockAI
- Export campaign opens and clicks from Mailchimp
- Match each email to a Rillet customer
- Look up each customer's ARR
- Total it without mixing currencies
With PopdockAI
- Headline numbers and every opener and clicker read
- Engaged emails matched to Rillet customers
- Latest ARR and status from Rillet ARR history
- Totals per currency, and engaged non-customers counted

**Objective:** For the Mailchimp campaign `{campaign}`, find which recipients who opened or clicked are Rillet customers, and how much ARR they represent.
**Step 1: Identify the campaign**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign` with `campaign-id` set to `{campaign}`. If that returns nothing, call it again with `title.contains` set to `{campaign}`. If more than one campaign matches, list them (title, `send-date`, `campaign-id`) and stop. Then call `mailchimp-get-report` with the `campaign-id` for the headline numbers: `emails-sent`, `open-rate`, `click-rate`, `unsubscribed`.
**Step 2: Collect the engaged emails**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with `campaign-id`. Group by `email-address` and record whether each person opened, clicked, or both, and which `url` values they clicked. Ignore rows whose `action` is a bounce.
**Step 3: Match to Rillet**
Call `rillet-get-customer-emails` once (no filters) and match the engaged emails against it. Match emails case-insensitively after trimming spaces. A Rillet customer can have several emails (`email-type`), and one email can appear on more than one Rillet customer: keep every pairing and say so in the report.
For each distinct matched `customer-id`, call `rillet-get-arr-waterfall` with `customer-id` and take the most recent `year-month` row's `arr`, `currency` and `status`.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Campaign: title, send date, headline numbers from Step 1.
2. Engaged customers table: Rillet customer name, email(s), opened/clicked, clicked URLs, current ARR, ARR status. Sort by ARR, highest first.
3. Totals: engaged recipients, how many are Rillet customers, and total ARR of those customers per currency.
4. Engaged recipients who are not Rillet customers: count only.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named mailchimp- come from the mailchimp MCP server; tools named rillet- come from the rillet MCP server. If a tool from either server is missing, stop and say which server is not connected rather than working around it.
* The only key shared by the two systems is the email address. Mailchimp `customer-id` values (e-commerce store customers) are NOT Rillet customer ids; never pass one system's id into the other.
* Read-only. Do not call any Mailchimp tool whose name starts with mailchimp-add-, mailchimp-update-, mailchimp-start-, mailchimp-pause- or mailchimp-replicate-, and do not call any Rillet tool whose name starts with rillet-add-, rillet-update-, rillet-apply-, rillet-unapply-, rillet-record-, rillet-set- or rillet-setup-. In particular never call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or `mailchimp-add-segment-member` from this prompt.
**Validation:**
* If the campaign has not been sent (no `send-date`) or has no activity, say so and stop.
* Do not add ARR across different currencies; give one total per currency.
* If a customer has no ARR waterfall rows, show ARR as "none recorded" rather than zero.Who it's for
