The problem

Quiet accounts still carry open deal value

Accounts go quiet in Attio without anyone noticing, and some still carry open deal value. Spotting them means checking the last interaction on every company and matching each one to its deals by hand.

Without PopdockAI

  • Sort companies by last interaction in Attio
  • Open each quiet company's deals
  • Filter out won, lost and closed deals
  • Add up the value at risk by hand

With PopdockAI

  • Companies with no interaction since the cutoff are found
  • Never contacted companies are included
  • Won, lost and closed deals are ignored
  • Open deal value in stale accounts is totalled

Prompt
**Objective:** Find companies with no interaction in the last `{stale-days}` days (default 60) and show which ones carry deal value at risk.

**Step 1: Find the quiet companies**

Work out the cutoff date as today minus `{stale-days}` days. Call `attio-get-record-companies` with `last-interaction.to` set to the cutoff date and `max-records` set to 200. If `{region}` is given, also pass `primary-location-region` set to it.

**Step 2: Check for deals**

Call `attio-get-record-deals` with `max-records` 200 and match each deal's `associated-company` to the companies from Step 1. Ignore deals whose `deal-stage` contains Won, Lost or Closed.

**Step 3: Report**

1. First, quiet companies that have open deals: company, last interaction, deal name, stage, value, owner. Sort by value, highest first.
2. Then the other quiet companies: name, last interaction, domains.
3. A one-line total: how many companies, how much open deal value sits in stale accounts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call any write tool.
* A company with no `last-interaction` value counts as never contacted. List those separately.

**Validation:**

* If no companies match, say so and suggest a shorter stale period.
* If the company list is capped at 200, say the result is partial.
