The problem
A quiet account can hide real support trouble
Account managers switch between Attio and Zendesk to judge how a customer is doing. Tickets filed under a differently named organization are easy to miss, so problems stay hidden until a deal is at risk.
Without PopdockAI
- Open the company and its deals in Attio
- Guess which Zendesk organization is the same customer
- Count tickets and scores by hand
- Miss tickets filed under another name
With PopdockAI
- The Zendesk organization is matched on domain first, then name
- It says which matching method it used
- Tickets by status and priority and satisfaction scores are reported
- A one line verdict says whether support puts a deal at risk

**Objective:** Build a support-health view of the customer `{company-name}` by combining its Attio CRM record with its Zendesk tickets over the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Find the company in Attio**
Call `attio-get-record-companies` (Attio server) with `name.contains` set to the company name. If more than one company matches, list them with their domains and stop so the user can choose. If none match, say so and stop. Keep `record-id`, `name` and `domains`.
Call `attio-get-record-deals` (Attio server) with `associated-company` set to the company name. Keep `deal-name`, `deal-stage` and `deal-value`.
**Step 2: Find the matching Zendesk organization**
Call `zendesk-get-organization` (Zendesk server) with `domain-names.contains` set to each Attio domain in turn. If no domain matches, retry with `name` set to the Attio company name. If still nothing, report the company as present in Attio and absent from Zendesk, show the deals, and stop. If several organizations match, list them and stop.
**Step 3: Pull the support picture**
Call `zendesk-get-ticket` (Zendesk server) with `organization-name` set to the Zendesk organization `name` and `created.from` set to the start of the lookback window. Call `zendesk-get-satisfaction-rating` (Zendesk server) with `created.from` for the same window, and keep only ratings whose `ticket-id` is in the ticket list.
**Step 4: Report**
Give: company, domains, Zendesk organization matched; deals (name, stage, value); ticket counts by `status` and `priority`; the open tickets with `ticket-id`, `subject`, `priority`, `created-date`; satisfaction scores summarised; and a one-line verdict on whether support trouble puts any open deal at risk.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `attio-*` tools are on the Attio server; `zendesk-*` tools are on the Zendesk server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any add, update, upsert, delete or comment tool on either server, including `zendesk-add-ticket`, `zendesk-update-ticket`, `zendesk-add-ticket-comment`, `attio-update-deal` and `attio-add-deal`.
**Validation:**
* Match organizations on domain first; name matching is a fallback, so say which was used.
* If either side returns nothing, say which side and report what you have.Who it's for
