Find unreachable Mailchimp contacts who still owe you

**Objective:** List clients who can no longer be reached through Mailchimp list `{list-name}` but still owe money in FreshBooks. Only count balances of at least `{min-outstanding}` (default 1).

**Step 1: Find unreachable contacts (mailchimp server)**

Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` with `list-name` set to `{list-name}` and `status` set to unsubscribed. Repeat with `status` set to cleaned. Keep each contact's `email`, `status` and `unsubscribe-reason`. If both come back empty, report that and stop.

**Step 2: Match to FreshBooks clients (freshbooks server)**

For each contact call `freshbooks-get-client` with `email` set to the contact's email. Contacts with no match are not clients: count them and leave them out.

**Step 3: Check what they owe (freshbooks server)**

For each matched client call `freshbooks-get-invoice` with `customer-id` set to the client's `id` and `outstanding.min` set to the minimum. Keep clients that have at least one invoice. Total the outstanding amount per client and note the oldest `due-date`.

**Step 4: Report**

A table sorted by outstanding amount, largest first: client or organization, email, Mailchimp status and reason, outstanding total, oldest due date, number of invoices. Under it give the grand total and the number of contacts that were not clients.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `mailchimp-get-list-member` is on the mailchimp server. `freshbooks-get-client` and `freshbooks-get-invoice` are on the freshbooks server.
* Match on email only. Group totals by currency, never add across currencies.
* Read-only. Do not call `freshbooks-send-invoice-by-email` or any add, update or delete tool on either server. Suggest a phone call or letter instead.

**Validation:**

* If `{list-name}` matches no list, say so and stop.
* If a client has several FreshBooks records for one email, list them rather than choosing one.
