Know which deals have urgent open support tickets
For sales teams who want to flag Attio deals whose contacts have open high priority ServiceNow incidents by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Open incidents put deals at risk out of sight
Reps find out a deal is at risk only when the customer complains, because open incidents live in ServiceNow and the deal lives in Attio. Nobody checks the two together before a renewal or proposal call.
Without PopdockAI
- List deals in a stage in Attio
- Find each deal's people and their emails
- Search ServiceNow for each person's open incidents
- Treat a deal with no matched contact as clean
With PopdockAI
- Deals at the stage and their people are read
- People are matched to ServiceNow users by email
- Open incidents at or above the priority are pulled
- Deals with no matched contact are listed as unknown

**Objective:** For Attio deals in stage `{deal-stage}`, find those whose people have open ServiceNow incidents of priority `{priority}` or worse (default: priority 2).
**Step 1: List the deals in Attio**
Call `attio-get-record-deals` (Attio server) with `deal-stage` set to `{deal-stage}`. If no deals come back, report that and stop. Keep each deal's name, value, owner, `associated-company`, `associated-people` and `web-url`.
**Step 2: Find the people in ServiceNow**
For each deal, take the people on the deal. Call `attio-get-record-people` (Attio server) with `record-id` set to each person's id to read their email address, then call `servicenow-get-user` (ServiceNow server) with `email` set to that address. If a deal has no people, fall back to the people of its associated company using `attio-get-record-people` filtered to that company.
**Step 3: Pull open incidents**
For each ServiceNow user found, call `servicenow-get-incident` (ServiceNow server) with `caller` set to that user. Keep only incidents that are not resolved or closed and whose priority is `{priority}` or more urgent.
**Step 4: Report**
A table sorted by deal value, highest first: deal name, company, value, owner, number of qualifying incidents, and the worst incident (number and short description). Then list deals with no qualifying incidents in one line, and deals where no contact could be matched to a ServiceNow user in another line.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `attio-get-record-deals` and `attio-get-record-people` are on the Attio server. `servicenow-get-user` and `servicenow-get-incident` are on the ServiceNow server.
* This prompt only reads. Do not call any `attio-add-*`, `attio-update-*`, `attio-upsert-*`, `attio-delete-*` or `servicenow-add-*` or `servicenow-update-*` tool.
**Validation:**
* Never describe an unmatched deal as having no incidents; it has unknown incidents.
* If the stage name matches no deals, say so and ask for the exact stage name.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You give a deal stage and your AI assistant checks the people on each deal in ServiceNow. It stops if the stage matches nothing and changes nothing.
01
Ask
You name an Attio deal stage and optionally a priority level.
02
List
It reads the deals in that stage and the people on each one.
03
Match
It finds each person in ServiceNow by email and pulls their open incidents at that priority or worse.
04
Report
You get deals sorted by value with the worst incident, plus deals with no incidents and deals it could not match.
