The problem
Unreachable contacts still sitting in active campaigns
When someone unsubscribes or hard bounces in Mailchimp, their Salesforce record usually stays as it was and remains in active campaigns. Finding them means pulling two Mailchimp reports and searching every address in Salesforce contacts, leads and campaign members.
Without PopdockAI
- Pull the unsubscribe report from Mailchimp
- Pull the bounce report separately
- Search each address in Salesforce contacts and leads
- Check which campaigns still include each person
With PopdockAI
- Unsubscribes and hard bounces are read with campaign and reason
- Each address is matched to a Salesforce contact or lead and owner
- Campaigns that still include the person are listed
- Read only, so you decide what to clean up

**Objective:** List everyone who unsubscribed from a Mailchimp campaign, or whose address hard-bounced, in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), and show the matching Salesforce contact or lead so their records can be reviewed.
**Step 1: Collect unsubscribes**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `unsubscribe-date.from` set to the date `{lookback-days}` days ago. Keep email, first-name, last-name, campaign-name, reason and unsubscribe-date.
**Step 2: Collect hard bounces**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with `action` set to bounce and `activity-date.from` set to the same date. Keep only rows whose bounce-type is hard. Use `mailchimp-get-campaign` with `campaign-id` for the campaign title.
**Step 3: Match in Salesforce**
For each unique email, call `salesforce-get-contact` with `email` set to that address, then `salesforce-get-lead` if no contact matches. For each match, call `salesforce-get-campaign-member` with `email` set to that address to show which Salesforce campaigns still include them.
**Step 4: Report**
Two tables, Unsubscribed and Hard bounced. Columns: email, name, Mailchimp campaign, date, reason or bounce type, Salesforce record (contact or lead, with id and owner, or "not in Salesforce"), and the Salesforce campaigns they are still a member of. End with the counts for each table and how many matched Salesforce.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe`, `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` and `mailchimp-get-campaign` are on the mailchimp server. `salesforce-get-contact`, `salesforce-get-lead` and `salesforce-get-campaign-member` are on the salesforce server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `mailchimp-update-list-member` or `mailchimp-add-list-member`. Report the records; do not change them.
**Validation:**
* Compare email addresses case-insensitively.
* A person who both unsubscribed and bounced appears in both tables.
* If both Mailchimp reads return nothing for the period, say so and stop.Who it's for
