Know every donor's giving before the meeting
For fundraising teams who want a Granola meeting matched to DonorPerfect donors, giving and recent contacts, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Giving history gets missed before donor meetings
Before a donor meeting, someone checks who is attending, then searches DonorPerfect for each person's giving and last contact. People get missed, and flags are easy to overlook.
Without PopdockAI
- Check the meeting for attendees and invitees
- Search DonorPerfect for each person
- Open their gifts and contact history
- Overlook flags on the record
With PopdockAI
- Attendees and invitees are combined and matched by email
- Giving totals and gifts in the window are reported
- The three most recent contacts and any flags are shown
- People not in DonorPerfect are listed, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Prepare a brief for the meeting titled `{note-title}` by matching its attendees to DonorPerfect donors and summarising each donor's giving and recent contact. Use the most recent {lookback-months} months of gifts (default 12).
**Step 1: Find the meeting in Granola**
Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{note-title}`. If more than one note matches, list them (title, scheduled-start, owner-name) and stop. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Get the people in the meeting**
Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id` set to the note `id`. Also call `granola-get-invitee` with the same `note-id`. Combine both lists and de-duplicate by `email`. Ignore addresses on the note owner's own email domain unless the user asks otherwise.
**Step 3: Match each person to a donor**
For each `email`, call `donorperfect-get-donor` with `email` set to that value. If it returns nothing, call `donorperfect-get-address` with `email` set to the value and use its `donor-id`. If there is still no match, mark the person as "not in DonorPerfect" and continue.
**Step 4: Pull history for each matched donor**
For each `donor-id`, call `donorperfect-get-gift` with `donor-id` and `gift-date.from` set to the start of the lookback window, and call `donorperfect-get-contact` with `donor-id`. Also call `donorperfect-get-flag` with `donor-id`.
**Step 5: Report**
Give the meeting title, date and `summary`, then one block per person: name, email, donor-id, gift-total, last-contribution-amount, gifts in the window (date, amount, campaign), the three most recent contacts (contact-date, activity-code, comment) and any flags. End with a list of people not in DonorPerfect.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Granola tools (`granola-*`) read meetings; DonorPerfect tools (`donorperfect-*`) read donors. Both servers must be connected.
* This is read-only. Never call `donorperfect-save-pledge`, `donorperfect-save-gift`, `donorperfect-set-flag`, `donorperfect-save-address`, `donorperfect-save-donor`, `donorperfect-save-contact`, `donorperfect-save-other-info`, `donorperfect-save-link`.
* Meeting notes and transcripts are private to their owners and attendees. Only report content the tools returned for the signed-in user, and do not quote transcript text beyond what the report needs.
**Validation:**
* If two donors share one email, list both and do not pick one.
* If the meeting has no attendees or invitees, report that and stop.Who it's for
