The problem

Spotting no-shows across a recurring meeting by eye

Finding out who skipped a recurring meeting means opening each one and comparing invitees with attendees by eye. Across several meetings it is easy to miss a no-show or someone who joined uninvited.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each meeting in the series
  • Compare the invitee and attendee lists by eye
  • Note no-shows and uninvited guests
  • Work out the attendance rate by hand

With PopdockAI

  • Matching meetings are found by title and start date
  • Invitees and attendees are compared by email per meeting
  • Meetings without invitee records are kept apart
  • Missing attendees are noted as possible recording gaps, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For meetings whose title contains `{title-filter}` since `{from-date}`, report who was invited but did not attend and who attended without an invitation.

**Step 1: Find the meetings**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{title-filter}` and `created.from` set to `{from-date}`. Record each note `id`, title and date. If none match, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Compare the lists**

For each note id, call `granola-get-invitee` with `note-id` and `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id`. Match on email address. Invitees have only an email; attendees carry a name too, so use the name to identify people in the report.

**Step 3: Report**

* Per meeting: invited count, attended count, no-shows, uninvited attendees
* Across all meetings: people who most often did not attend, with counts
* Attendance rate overall

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Only call `granola-get-note`, `granola-get-invitee` and `granola-get-attendee`.
* Attendee lists depend on what was captured; say that a missing attendee may be a recording gap, not proof of absence.
* Treat this as meeting information, not a performance judgement about individuals.

**Validation:**

* If a meeting has no invitee records, list it separately and do not count anyone as a no-show.
