Know every attendee's Nutshell context before the meeting
For sales reps who want a Granola meeting matched to Nutshell contacts, companies, leads and tasks, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Attendee context is spread across Nutshell searches
Before a customer meeting, you check who is attending, then search Nutshell for each person's company, open leads and tasks. Names are spelled differently across systems, and it is easy to miss someone.
Without PopdockAI
- Check the meeting for attendees and invitees
- Search Nutshell for each person
- Open their company, leads and tasks
- Miss people whose names are spelled differently
With PopdockAI
- Attendees and invitees are combined and your own addresses dropped
- Each is matched by email, with name matches stated
- Company, leads and open tasks are shown per person
- Read-only, and it stops if anything is ambiguous

**Objective:** Prepare a brief for the Granola meeting titled `{note-title}` by matching its attendees and invitees to Nutshell contacts and summarising each one's company, leads and open tasks. Leads with a closed status are shown only when closed within the last {lookback-days} days (default 90); open leads are always shown.
**Step 1: Find the meeting in Granola**
Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{note-title}`. If more than one note matches, list them (title, scheduled-start, owner-name) and stop. If none match, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Get the people**
Call `granola-get-attendee` and `granola-get-invitee` with `note-id` set to the note `id`. Combine and de-duplicate by `email`. Ignore addresses on the note owner's own email domain unless the user asks otherwise.
**Step 3: Match each person to Nutshell**
For each person, call `nutshell-get-contact` with `name.contains` set to the person's `name` (if `name` is empty, use the part of `email` before the @). Keep a contact only if one of its `emails` equals the Granola `email` (ignore case); if none of the returned contacts carries that email but exactly one has the same full name, keep it and mark it "matched by name only". If several remain, list them and do not pick one. If there is no match, mark the person "not in Nutshell" and continue.
**Step 4: Pull context for each matched contact**
Take `company-id` and `id` from the contact. Call `nutshell-get-account` with `id` set to the `company-id`. Call `nutshell-get-lead` with `person-id` set to the contact `id`, and again with `company-id` set to the contact's `company-id`; de-duplicate by lead `id`. Call `nutshell-get-task` with `related-record-id` set to the contact `id`, keeping only tasks where `is-completed` is false.
**Step 5: Report**
Give the meeting title, date and `summary`, then one block per person: name, email, job-title, company name, owner, last-contacted, engagement-rating, leads (name, status, value, anticipated-close-time, confidence), and open tasks (title, due-time, is-overdue). End with the people not in Nutshell.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Granola tools (`granola-*`) read meetings; Nutshell tools (`nutshell-*`) read the CRM. Both servers must be connected.
* This is read-only. Never call `nutshell-delete-person`, `nutshell-delete-company`, `nutshell-delete-lead`, `nutshell-add-company`, `nutshell-add-person`, `nutshell-add-activity`, `nutshell-add-lead`, `nutshell-update-person`, `nutshell-update-lead`, `nutshell-update-company`.
* Meeting notes and transcripts are private to their owners and attendees. Only report content the tools returned for the signed-in user, and do not quote transcript text beyond what the report needs.
* Nutshell has no email filter on contacts: match on `name.contains`, then confirm by comparing the contact `emails` with the Granola `email`.
**Validation:**
* If the meeting has no attendees or invitees, report that and stop.
* If a contact has no `company-id`, skip the account and lead-by-company lookups for that person.
* If Granola and Nutshell disagree on a name spelling, show both.Who it's for
