The problem

Meetings happen but Nutshell history has gaps

Reps hold meetings but forget to log them in Nutshell, and nobody can tell which are missing without putting meetings and the CRM side by side. The comparison is dull, so it rarely gets done.

Without PopdockAI

  • List a person's meetings for the period
  • Open their Nutshell activities
  • Pair them by date and title by eye
  • Skip it when the week gets busy

With PopdockAI

  • Meetings and Nutshell activities are read for the same window
  • They are paired by day and title, ignoring cancelled ones
  • Unlogged meetings come with attendee counts
  • Pairing is labelled a best guess, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** List the meetings in Granola owned by `{owner-email}` in the last {lookback-days} days (default 14) that have no corresponding activity in Nutshell.

**Step 1: List the meetings**

Call `granola-get-note` with `owner-email` set to `{owner-email}` and `scheduled-start.from` set to the start of the window. Keep `id`, `title`, `scheduled-start`. If none, say so and stop.

**Step 2: List Nutshell activities in the window**

Call `nutshell-get-activity` with `start-time.from` set to one day before the start of the window, to allow for time zones. Keep `name`, `start-time`, `is-cancelled`, `is-logged`, the nutshell-link field.

**Step 3: Pair them**

A meeting is logged if a Nutshell activity starts on the same calendar day and its `name` contains the meeting `title` or the meeting title contains the activity `name` (ignore case). Ignore cancelled activities. If an activity matches several meetings, pair it with the closest start time only.

**Step 4: Report**

List unlogged meetings (title, scheduled-start, and the attendee count from `granola-get-attendee` with `note-id`, for the unlogged ones only), then the logged ones with their Nutshell activity link. End with the count of each.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Granola tools (`granola-*`) read meetings; Nutshell tools (`nutshell-*`) read the CRM. Both servers must be connected.
* This is read-only. Never call `nutshell-delete-person`, `nutshell-delete-company`, `nutshell-delete-lead`, `nutshell-add-company`, `nutshell-add-person`, `nutshell-add-activity`, `nutshell-add-lead`, `nutshell-update-person`, `nutshell-update-lead`, `nutshell-update-company`.
* Meeting notes and transcripts are private to their owners and attendees. Only report content the tools returned for the signed-in user, and do not quote transcript text beyond what the report needs.
* Nutshell has no email filter on contacts: match on `name.contains`, then confirm by comparing the contact `emails` with the Granola `email`.
**Validation:**

* If Nutshell returns no activities at all, report every meeting as unlogged and say the activity list was empty.
* Matching is by title and day, so say that some pairings are best guesses.
