The problem

Support never hears about people it has no record of

To find out which people from a meeting are in Zendesk, you copy each address and search by hand. People are missed, and support never learns a meeting included someone it has no record of.

Without PopdockAI

  • Copy attendee and invitee emails from the meeting
  • Search Zendesk for each address
  • Note organization and open tickets for matches
  • Lose track of who had no user

With PopdockAI

  • Attendees and invitees are merged by email
  • Each address is checked with an exact match, ignoring case
  • Known users come with organization, role and open tickets
  • Read-only, no Zendesk user is created or updated

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Granola meeting matching `{meeting-title}`, report which attendees and invitees have no Zendesk user record, and which do and in what organization.

**Step 1: Get the people (Granola server)**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}`. If more than one matches, list them and stop. Call `granola-get-attendee` and `granola-get-invitee` with `note-id` set to the note `id`. Merge them by `email`, marking each person as attended or invited only.

**Step 2: Look each person up (Zendesk server)**

For each email, call `zendesk-get-user` with `email` set to that email. Record `user-id`, `role`, `organization-name`, `active` and `open-tickets`.

**Step 3: Report**

Two tables. Known in Zendesk: name, email, attended or invited, `organization-name`, `role`, `open-tickets`. Not in Zendesk: name, email, attended or invited. Add a count line for each.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-note`, `granola-get-attendee` and `granola-get-invitee` are on the Granola server; `zendesk-get-user` is on the Zendesk server.
* Read-only. Do NOT call `zendesk-add-user`, `zendesk-update-user` or any other Zendesk write tool, even for people not found.

**Validation:**

* Skip people with no email and list them separately.
* Exact email match only, case-insensitive.
