Before a collections call you piece a customer's balance, open invoices and recent payments together from Intacct, then search TickTick for follow-up notes. An overdue account that nobody is chasing is easy to miss.

The prompt

**Objective:** Build a one-page account brief for customer `{customer-name}`, combining Intacct balances with open TickTick work that mentions them, looking back `{lookback-days}` days for payments (default 90). This prompt is read-only.
**Step 1: Find the customer (Intacct server)**
Call `intacct-get-customer` with `customer-name.contains`. If more than one matches, list them with `customer-id` and stop. If none, stop.
**Step 2: Money (Intacct server)**
With the `customer-id` call `intacct-get-invoice` (open invoices, `total-due.min` 0.01) and `intacct-get-ar-payment` (`receipt-date.from` set from the lookback). Summarise `total-due`, oldest `due-date`, and the last payment date and amount.
**Step 3: Open work (TickTick server)**
Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the customer name and `status` open. For up to 5 tasks call `ticktick-get-task-comments` with the `task-id` and `project-id`.
**Step 4: Report**
Sections: Account snapshot (`credit-limit`, `total-due`, `term`), Open invoices, Recent payments, Open TickTick tasks with due dates and the latest comment, and a one-line suggested next step.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `intacct-get-customer`, `intacct-get-invoice` and `intacct-get-ar-payment` are on the Intacct server; `ticktick-get-tasks` and `ticktick-get-task-comments` are on the TickTick server.
* Read only. Never call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-update-task` or any Intacct create or update tool.
**Validation:**
* No TickTick task found means "no tracked follow-up"; still report the Intacct figures.
* TickTick matches are by name text only, so say that matches may be incomplete.Who it's for
