The problem
Owners keep reaching out to people who opted out
When a contact unsubscribes from a Mailchimp campaign, their Capsule CRM owner usually has no idea and keeps reaching out. Copying each unsubscribe and reason into the CRM by hand rarely happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Export recent unsubscribes from Mailchimp
- Find each person in Capsule CRM
- Check whether a note already exists
- Type the campaign, date and reason by hand
With PopdockAI
- Recent unsubscribes are matched by email only
- Contacts already noted for that unsubscribe are skipped
- You see every note before anything is saved
- Unmatched people are listed and nobody is resubscribed

**Objective:** Record recent Mailchimp unsubscribes on the matching Capsule CRM contacts, covering the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), optionally limited to campaigns whose name contains `{campaign-name}`.
**Step 1: Read the unsubscribes**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-unsubscribe` with `unsubscribe-date.from` set to today minus `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), and `campaign-name.contains` set to `{campaign-name}` if given.
**Step 2: Carry each email across**
For each `email`, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email` set to it. Keep exact single matches. Set aside people who are not in Capsule CRM or are ambiguous.
Skip a party that already has a note for this unsubscribe: call `capsule-crm-get-entry` with `party-id`, `date.from` set to the unsubscribe date and `subject.contains` set to "Unsubscribed", and look for the campaign name in the content.
**Step 3: Confirm**
Show the planned notes: contact, organization, campaign-name, unsubscribe-date, reason. The note content is "Unsubscribed from Mailchimp campaign <campaign-name> on <unsubscribe-date>. Reason: <reason, or 'none given'>." List skipped people and why. Ask the user to confirm. Do not write until they do.
**Step 4: Write and report**
After confirmation, call `capsule-crm-add-note` once per row with `party-id` and `content`. Report each as added or failed.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with mailchimp are on the mailchimp MCP server; tools whose names start with capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm MCP server. If a tool from either server is not available, stop and say which server is not connected rather than working around it.
* Match records across the two systems on email address only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Never match on name alone.
* The only write tool this prompt may call is `capsule-crm-add-note`. Do not call any other write tool on either server: on Mailchimp `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`; on Capsule CRM `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`.
* Never re-subscribe anyone in Mailchimp.
**Validation:**
* If there are no unsubscribes in the window, say so and stop.
* If no unsubscriber is in Capsule CRM, list them and stop without asking for confirmation.Who it's for
