The problem

Clicks that cool off before anyone follows up

A campaign report shows who clicked, but not which clickers are customers, who owns them or whether a deal is open. Looking up each email in Capsule CRM by hand takes so long that the interest has cooled by the time you finish.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export clickers and links from the campaign
  • Search Capsule CRM for each email
  • Check owner, last contact and opportunities
  • Sort the list into a follow up order yourself

With PopdockAI

  • Clickers are gathered with click counts and links
  • Each email is matched to Capsule CRM by email only
  • Clickers with open deals come first, unknown people last
  • Ambiguous matches are flagged and nothing is created

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Mailchimp campaign named `{campaign-name}`, list the people who clicked a link and show how each one maps to Capsule CRM, covering at most `{max-contacts}` people (default 50).

**Step 1: Identify the campaign**

Call `mailchimp-get-campaign` with `title.contains` set to `{campaign-name}`. If more than one campaign matches, list them (title, send-date, status, campaign-id) and stop. If none matches, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Collect the clickers**

Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` with the `campaign-id` and `action` set to click. Group by `email-address`, keeping the click count and the distinct URLs clicked. Sort by click count, highest first, and keep the top `{max-contacts}` (default 50).

**Step 3: Carry each email across to Capsule CRM**

For each email, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `email` set to that address.
* One match: record name, organization-name, owner-name, last-contacted-date, and call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `party-name.contains` set to the party name, keeping only exact `party-name` matches and opportunities with no `closed-on-date`.
* No match: mark the person "not in Capsule CRM" and continue.
* Several matches: mark "ambiguous in Capsule CRM", list the party ids, and continue.

**Step 4: Report**

A table: email, clicks, URLs, Capsule name, organization, owner, last contacted, open opportunities (name, milestone-name, value). Put matched contacts with open opportunities first, then matched without, then not in Capsule CRM. Finish with counts for each group.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with mailchimp are on the mailchimp MCP server; tools whose names start with capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm MCP server. If a tool from either server is not available, stop and say which server is not connected rather than working around it.
* Match records across the two systems on email address only, compared case-insensitively with surrounding spaces trimmed. Never match on name alone.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool on either server: on Mailchimp `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-segment-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-update-order`, `mailchimp-update-product`, `mailchimp-start-automation`, `mailchimp-pause-automation`, `mailchimp-replicate-campaign`; on Capsule CRM `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`.

**Validation:**

* If the campaign has no click activity, report that and stop.
* Do not create contacts for people missing from Capsule CRM; just list them.
