Check every top store buyer has an owner in Pipedrive
For sales teams who want to know which high-spending Mailchimp customers have no Pipedrive owner or recent contact, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
High spenders with no owner or no recent call
Your best Mailchimp store customers should all have an owner in Pipedrive and a recent conversation with sales. Checking means searching Pipedrive for each person and company, so high spenders slip through.
Without PopdockAI
- Export top store customers by spend
- Search Pipedrive for each person by email
- Check whether the company exists
- Read deals and last activity one at a time
With PopdockAI
- Top customers are looked up by email, then organization
- Each is marked covered, stale, organization only or missing
- Spend per group, top five needing attention first
- Currencies are never mixed and nothing changes

**Objective:** Take the Mailchimp store customers who have spent at least `{min-total-spent}` (default 1000), up to `{max-customers}` customers (default 25), and show whether each is covered in Pipedrive: present, owned, on a deal and recently contacted.
**Step 1: Get the top customers from Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to the minimum spend. Sort by `total-spent`, highest first, and keep the top customers up to the maximum. Keep `email`, `first-name`, `last-name`, `company`, `orders-count`, `total-spent` and `country`.
**Step 2: Carry each email across to Pipedrive**
For each customer call `pipedrive-get-person` with `email`. Keep `name`, `organization-name`, `owner-name`, `open-deals`, `won-deals` and `last-activity-date`. If not found and the customer has a company, call `pipedrive-get-organization` with `name` set to the company to see whether the account exists without this contact.
**Step 3: Classify each customer**
* Covered: in Pipedrive with an owner and an activity in the last 90 days.
* Stale: in Pipedrive but no activity in the last 90 days, or no owner.
* Organization only: the company is in Pipedrive but this person is not.
* Missing: neither the person nor the company is in Pipedrive.
**Step 4: Report**
A table sorted by total spent: customer, company, orders, total spent, Pipedrive owner, open deals, won deals, last activity, classification. Then counts per classification and the spend they represent, and the five highest-spending customers who are Stale, Organization only or Missing.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools named `mailchimp-*` are on the mailchimp server; tools named `pipedrive-*` are on the pipedrive server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-add-organization`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-update-person`, `mailchimp-update-customer`, `mailchimp-add-list-member` or any other add or update tool on either server.
**Validation:**
* Match emails case-insensitively and trim spaces. Pipedrive matches primary email only, so a Missing customer may exist under another address; say this once under the table.
* Mailchimp spend can be in several store currencies; do not add amounts across currencies.
* If no customer meets the minimum spend, say so and stop.Who it's for
