A web customer contacts support and you need to know what they owe. WooCommerce knows their email, but Dynamics GP has no email filter, so you hunt by name and often land on the wrong account before opening receivables.

**Objective:** Find the PowerGP customer that corresponds to the WooCommerce customer with email `{customer-email}` and report their orders and what they owe.
**Step 1: Read the WooCommerce customer**
Call `woocommerce-get-customer` (woocommerce server) with `email` = `{customer-email}`. If more than one record returns, list them and stop. Keep `first-name`, `last-name`, `billing-company`, `customer-id`. Then call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` = `{customer-email}` and `max-records` 10 for recent orders (`order-number`, `created-date`, `status`, `total`).
**Step 2: Find the PowerGP customer**
PowerGP has no email filter, so match by name. Call `powergp-online-get-customers` (powergp-online-ai server) with `customer-name.contains` = `billing-company` if present, otherwise the last name, and `company` = `{company}`. List candidates with `customer-number`, `customer-name`, `state`, `balance-due`. Treat one as the match only if the name clearly agrees; otherwise show the candidates and ask the user to pick.
**Step 3: Pull receivables**
For the matched `customer-number`, call `powergp-online-get-receivablestransactions` with `customer-number` and `company`. Report `document-number`, `document-type`, `document-amount`, `unapplied-amount`, `due-date`, `days-past-due`.
**Step 4: Report**
WooCommerce profile and recent orders, the PowerGP match and confidence, `balance-due`, and open items.

* Tools starting powergp-online- are on the powergp-online-ai server; tools starting woocommerce- are on the woocommerce server. Both servers must be connected.
