**Objective:** Find WooCommerce products with status `{product-status}` (default publish) whose SKU has no matching item in PowerGP company `{company}`.
**Step 1: List WooCommerce products**
Call `woocommerce-get-product` (woocommerce server) with `status` = `{product-status}` and `max-records` 100. Keep `product-id`, `name`, `sku`, `regular-price`, `stock-quantity`.
**Step 2: Look each SKU up in PowerGP**
For each product with a `sku`, call `powergp-online-get-items` (powergp-online-ai server) with `item-number` = the SKU and `company` = `{company}`. The join is WooCommerce `sku` = PowerGP `item-number`. A product with no `sku` cannot be matched: list it as unmatchable.
**Step 3: Report**
Two lists: products with no PowerGP item (product-id, name, SKU, price, stock) and products with no SKU. End with counts of matched, missing and unmatchable.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools starting powergp-online- are on the powergp-online-ai server; tools starting woocommerce- are on the woocommerce server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. **Validation:**
* If WooCommerce returns nothing, say so and stop.
