The problem

Webinar history that never reaches the CRM

Before a call you want to know which webinars a contact or account registered for, attended and what they asked. That history sits in GoTo Webinar, searchable one email at a time, and rarely makes it into the CRM.

Without PopdockAI

  • List the contacts in Pipedrive
  • Search GoTo Webinar one email at a time
  • Check registration, attendance and questions
  • Give up before the whole account is covered

With PopdockAI

  • People are read for a person or a whole organization
  • Each email is checked for registrations, attendance and questions
  • Attendance without registration still counts
  • A history per person and a total, with nothing written back

Prompt
**Objective:** Build the webinar history for the Pipedrive person with email `{person-email}`, or for every person at the Pipedrive organization `{organization-name}`, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 180).

**Step 1: Establish the people in Pipedrive**

If `{person-email}` is given, call `pipedrive-get-person` with `email` set to it. If `{organization-name}` is given instead, call `pipedrive-get-organization` with `name.contains` set to it; if more than one organization matches, list them and stop. Then call `pipedrive-get-person` with `organization-id` set to the organization id. If both are empty, ask the user for one and stop. Keep each person's name, email, job title and owner.

**Step 2: Carry each email across to GoTo Webinar**

Work out the start date as today minus the lookback. For each person with an email:

* Call `goto-webinar-get-registrant` with `email` set to it and `registration-date.from` set to the start date.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with `email` set to it and `date-attended.from` set to the start date.
* Call `goto-webinar-get-question` with `askers-email` set to it and `date-asked.from` set to the start date.

If a person has no email in Pipedrive, list them as not checkable and continue.

**Step 3: Report**

Per person: name, email, owner, then a table of webinars (webinar name, date, registered yes/no, attended yes/no, time attended) and any questions they asked with the answer given. Finish with a one-line total: webinars registered for, attended, questions asked, and the people with no webinar activity at all.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `pipedrive-get-person` and `pipedrive-get-organization` are on the pipedrive server; `goto-webinar-get-registrant`, `goto-webinar-get-attendee` and `goto-webinar-get-question` are on the goto-webinar server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `goto-webinar-add-registrant`, `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-update-person` or `pipedrive-update-organization`.

**Validation:**

* Compare emails case-insensitively.
* Someone who attended without a matching registrant row still counts as attended; show registered as unknown rather than no.
* If the organization has no people in Pipedrive, say so and stop rather than reporting an empty history.
