See the Pipedrive pipeline your webinar reached
For marketers who want to know which GoTo Webinar attendees are Pipedrive people and what open deals sit at their organizations.

The problem
How much pipeline did that webinar touch
Leadership asks how much pipeline a webinar touched, and answering means matching attendees to Pipedrive and adding up open deals at their organizations. Deals get counted twice when several people from one company attend, and currencies get mixed.
Without PopdockAI
- Export the webinar attendee list
- Match attendees to Pipedrive by email
- Find open deals at each organization
- Count a deal twice and mix currencies
With PopdockAI
- Attendees are read and matched to Pipedrive by email
- Open deals are read once per organization
- Values are totalled per currency, never mixed
- Matched people with no deal are listed, and nothing is touched

**Objective:** For the webinar named `{webinar-name}` (and the session on `{session-date}` if given, otherwise every session), find the attendees, match them to Pipedrive people, and report the open deals at their organizations so the user can see the pipeline the webinar touched.
**Step 1: Find the webinar and session in GoTo Webinar**
Call `goto-webinar-get-webinar` with `webinar-name.contains` set to `{webinar-name}`. If it matches more than one webinar, list them and stop. Then call `goto-webinar-get-session` with that `webinar-key`. If `{session-date}` is given, keep only the session on that date; if none is on that date, list the session dates and stop.
**Step 2: Read the attendees**
Call `goto-webinar-get-attendee` with `webinar-key`, and `session-key` when one session was chosen. Keep first name, last name, email and total time attended.
**Step 3: Match attendees to Pipedrive**
For each attendee, call `pipedrive-get-person` with `email` set to the attendee's email (compare case-insensitively). Keep the person id, organization id, organization name and owner name. If there is no match, record the attendee as not in Pipedrive and continue.
**Step 4: Read the open deals**
For each distinct organization id from Step 3, call `pipedrive-get-deal` with `organization-id` set to it and `status` set to open. Keep title, stage, pipeline, value, currency, owner name and expected close date. Do not count the same deal twice when several attendees share an organization.
**Step 5: Report**
A summary line: attendees, matched to Pipedrive, organizations with open deals, total open deal value per currency.
Then a table per organization: organization, attendees from it (name and time attended), open deals (title, stage, value, expected close date, owner). Then a list of matched attendees whose organization has no open deal, and a count of attendees not in Pipedrive.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `goto-webinar-get-webinar`, `goto-webinar-get-session` and `goto-webinar-get-attendee` are on the goto-webinar server; `pipedrive-get-person` and `pipedrive-get-deal` are on the pipedrive server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `goto-webinar-add-registrant`, `goto-webinar-delete-registrant`, `pipedrive-add-person`, `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-add-note`, `pipedrive-add-activity`, `pipedrive-add-deal`, `pipedrive-update-deal`, `pipedrive-update-lead` or `pipedrive-update-person`.
* Never add values in different currencies together; total each currency separately.
**Validation:**
* If the session had no attendees, say so and stop.
* A matched person with no organization id has no organization deals to read; list them as matched with no organization.
* If `pipedrive-get-deal` with `organization-id` returns nothing for every organization, say the organization filter may not be working and show the matched attendees without deal data rather than reporting zero pipeline.Who it's for
