The problem

One-on-ones that run on impressions

Seeing what one rep did last week means filtering Pipedrive activities, call logs, won deals, new deals and leads separately and working out a connect rate by hand. One-on-ones run on impressions, and a growing overdue backlog goes unmentioned.

Without PopdockAI

  • Filter activities and call logs for the rep
  • Count won deals, new deals and leads
  • Work out the connect rate by hand
  • Miss the growing overdue backlog

With PopdockAI

  • Activities, calls, deals, leads and backlog are read for the period
  • Completed and missed activities and connect rate are counted
  • Breakdowns by activity type and call outcome are shown
  • Factual observations on one person, no ranking, nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Report on what `{user-name}` did between `{from-date}` and `{to-date}` (default: the last 7 days up to today): activities, calls, new deals, wins and leads.

**Step 1: Resolve the user**

Call `pipedrive-get-user` with `name.contains` = `{user-name}`. If more than one user matches, list them and stop. Keep the user-id.

**Step 2: Gather the period**

* `pipedrive-get-activity` with `assigned-to-user-id`, `due-date.from` and `due-date.to`: split into done and not done, and count by type.
* `pipedrive-get-call-log` with `user-id`, `start-time.from` and `start-time.to`: count by outcome, total duration.
* `pipedrive-get-deal` with `owner-id` and `status` = won: keep deals whose won-date falls in the period.
* `pipedrive-get-deal` with `owner-id` and `status` = open: keep deals whose created-date falls in the period (new deals).
* `pipedrive-get-lead` with `owner-id`, `created-date.from` and `created-date.to`: new leads.
* `pipedrive-get-activity` with `assigned-to-user-id`, `done` = false and `due-date.to` = yesterday: overdue backlog at the end of the period.

**Step 3: Report**

1. **Headline table:** activities completed, activities missed (due in the period, not done), calls made, connect rate (connected / all calls), deals won (count and value per currency), new deals, new leads, overdue backlog.
2. **Activities by type:** type, done, not done.
3. **Call outcomes:** outcome, count.
4. **Deals won:** title, organization, value, won date.
5. **Observations:** two or three factual points, for example a low connect rate or a growing backlog.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do not call any add or update tool.
* Report on this user only. Do not rank them against other reps unless asked.
* Notes cannot be filtered by author here, so do not report a note count.
* If a filter on `owner-id` returns nothing when you expect records, run the same read without it and keep the rows whose owner-name matches the user instead.

**Validation:**

* If `{from-date}` is after `{to-date}`, swap them and say so.
* If the user is inactive, say so and still report the period.
